At the beginning of the second movie when Marty is checking out the new car, he audibly bangs the car with his fist right below the window frame. In the version of the same scene at the end of the first movie, Marty makes a similar hand motion but does not bang the car, and there is no noise. See more...
Trivia
Vaguely interesting point - when Doc and Marty arrive back in 1955 to stop the handover of the Almanac, there are actually 4 versions of the same time machine in the area at that time. The one they've just arrived in from the alternate 1985, the one Marty arrived in from the original 1985 in the first film, the one Biff's arrived in from the future, and the one Doc's buried from 1885. Continuity: In the Café 80's just after you hear Marty say, "It is Wild Gunman", notice the three people sitting in the second booth from the back wall. When the scene changes to Marty throwing his hat on top of the game, you can see that the people have changed tables. You can also see that they are gone again when it shows a close-up of the two kids.
