In the scene after Clark cashes a check to go to the card table Eddie orders a blue drink in a large glass. In the next shot when they walk away from the table Eddie's drink magically turns green. Then in the scene where they meet Wayne Newton, Eddie's drink is blue again. See more...

When the Griswolds are taking the limo ride right after they arrive in Vegas there is a shot when a taxicab crosses the screen. If you look at the advertisement on the top of the cab, it's Vicky, a Griswold family member that you don’t see until later in the movie. See more...
Vegas Vacation
Continuity: At the beginning of the movie when Clark is entering his house and the camera angle is from inside, just as he opens the door there is something red on his front porch. If you look at any of the previous scenes, that red thing isn't there. It's the bottom of a sunscreen being used to block the bright sunlight (which would have flooded the camera) behind Clark as he enters the house.
