When Axel, Rosewood, and Taggart are racing to to get to the City Deposit, Rosewood takes a hard left turn. During this turn we can see that Axel is in the passenger seat and Taggart is in the back seat. The next shot Taggart is in the front seat on the police radio and Axel is in the back seat.
