At the beginning when the guy with the bomb and Drew Barrymore's character, in disguise, are falling out of the plane the guy with the bomb has it still strapped to his chest but after they land in the boat the vest has disappeared. When Lucy Liu is fighting the Thin Man in the tower, the bell falls. Soon afterwards he heads towards her, sword swinging, and we can see the bell again on the right.
