Mistakes
When Harry shouts, "Expecto Patronum," he points his wand at 'his' Dementor as the Patronus repels it and it flees. Harry then stands and puts his wand arm down, but in the next shot his wand is still up, pointing to his right with the Patronus in mid-air. See more...

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Continuity: When Harry and Arthur Weasley head toward the sidewalk with the Ministry's phone booth, we see the asphalt they walk on. In the next shot of that street, there is a puddle of water precisely where they both walked puddle-free. [A common filmmaking technique. When shooting outdoor scenes in low light (like the overcast scene here) or at night, bare asphalt and concrete are frequently doused with water to give the surface a "softer" reflection of light. In this scene you can see some water on the ground in the first shot and wet concrete on the sides of the building. Apparently between shots the director called for more water (or it may have rained, but they probably got this shot with just a few short takes). Still a mistake, but there's the explanation.]
