When James Bond is supposedly in Montenegro, this was filmed in the Czech Republic - although they changed most of the signs they forgot some. When they are having a drink in the square there is a visible sign saying "Bily Kun" which means "White Horse" in Czech. See more...

While Bond is watching the surveillance video in the security office at the Ocean Club he references the cell phone for the time the call was made. However, the phone also provides a geographic coordinate (59.47N 57.45W). These coordinates are located between Newfoundland Canada, and Greenland in the middle of the North Atlantic. This does not correlate to either where the call originated or where it was received.
