Mistakes
When Jen and Grams are arguing in the kitchen, Jen says "Why don't you donate to someone who cares". At this point, Jen turns to face away from Grams. But the next shot shows Jen suddenly turned towards Grams, facing her. Later in the scene when Grams says "Why don't you take the time to fill out a couple of your college applications", Jen is turned towards Grams. But the next shot suddenly Jen is facing away from Grams again. Apparently this scene were filmed two separate times, and edited together. See more...
Trivia
When they first show the "Capeside High School", the scene was shot at the actual High School in Wilmington for the pilot presentation. The real high school was never used again after that episode. Also, several of the classroom scenes in the pilot were shot in the real Wilmington High School, including Ms. Jacob's English class with Pacey, and the science lab with Jen and Joey. See more...
Dawson's Creek - Coming Home (S4 E1)
Continuity: When Joey and Pacey are talking on the dock just after arriving back in Capeside, Pacey has a bag over his left shoulder. In shots from in front the bag's strap is folded over itself, but in shots from behind it lies flat on his shoulder.
