When Jack is snatched up by the water wheel, as he stands in the open grave, he gets stuck in the wood blade positioned exactly between two wheel spokes. When the key falls from his neck there is a close-up of it getting caught on the nail. In the next shot, Jack is still trapped in the wheel, only this time he is stuck in the wood blade directly beside one of the wheel spokes. See more...

Deliberate "mistake": When Will is bound and brought before "Chief" Jack, Will says, "The compass!" and there is a close-up of the compass, as it hangs to the right of the long striped cloth. However, in all other shots the compass hangs to the left of the red and white striped cloth. This is a flipped shot - note the large buckles.
