Mistakes
In the scene when Harry is talking to Sirius Black in the fire, Sirius has a large piece of wood below his right nostril in all of the close-up shots. But in the shots that are farther away, there is no large wood piece, and instead there is a smaller one that is on fire. See more...
Trivia
Dan Radcliffe had to spend six months training followed by 3 weeks training in a tank to film the underwater scene. It took so long because they had to film in small increments, because since Harry grew gills, Radcliffe had to hold his breath the whole time; he wasn't allowed to breathe out on film. See more...
In the Great Hall, after Hermione quips, "Well spotted!" Ron imitates his brother (when he asked Angelina to the Yule Ball) by lifting up his arms to mimic dancing, and Snape promptly smacks the back of Ron's head. In the next shot, Ron holds a pencil in his formerly empty right hand.
