Mistakes
At the cemetery, when Harry is trapped at the statue, Voldemort raises his right arm and places his finger on Harry's forehead stating, "I can touch you now." While Voldemort's arm remains raised his sleeve slides down towards his shoulder, but is back up at his elbow in the close-up. He seems to have the same problem in other shots during this scene. There is an actual band in Canada called the Wyrd Sisters who tried to stop the November 18th release of 'Goblet of Fire' in Canada because there is a band of the same name in the movie, but they lost their case. See more...

Continuity: In the maze, when Cedric says, "For a moment there I thought you were gonna let it get me," the tear on his shirt, at his right shoulder, is directly on the seam and quite frayed. At the cemetery, when Harry says, "Cedric, we have to get back to the cup. Now! "the tear is not on the seam, and it's smooth with blackened edges. Back in the maze, when Amos approaches his son's body, the tear differs yet again. The dirt on Cedric's shirt changes as well.
