Star Wars: Clone Wars (2003) - Chapter XXIV (S2 E4)
When Shaak Ti, Ronet Corobb, and Foul Moudama try to get Palpatine to safety, there are two Clone Troopers with them. As they stand waiting for the elevator, both Troopers are armed with blaster rifles, but as they walk into the elevator, one of them suddenly has a rocket launcher instead of a rifle.
