Mistakes
After the fight on the barge between Michael and Marcus, Selene tries to revive the impaled and seemingly dead Michael. At one point she rips his shirt open to pour her own blood into his wound, then the shot changes to her face, then changes again, slightly further out. Underworld: Evolution
Deliberate "mistake": When Selene was painting on the wall of the prison, when she was a young child the painting was at her eye height. Now when she returns, the painting (although faded by time) is again at eye height but now she is an adult. The painting should be under the water, but would serve no purpose there since the audience could not see it.
