This should only be used for entries which appear to be of relative insignificance. Obviously this will be fairly subjective, so in order for a mistake to actually be "demoted", 3 members will have to mark it down.
Please don't over-use this feature - obviously some films have been inundated with semi-pointless entries, but then again some people would argue the vast majority of entries on this site are insignificant! Essentially just apply good judgment - broadly speaking if an entry seems to relate to tiny movements (whether of a person or an object), it's probably worth listing as minor. However, something moving in the background might actually be quite blatant once you see it. It may be hard to judge, but please do the best you can, rather than randomly voting down large numbers of entries just to whittle down the numbers for a specific title. I'd argue the thought process should be something like "that's a weak example of that sort of mistake", rather than "that doesn't seem too major".
