Continuity mistake: She is on an elevator wearing her uniform. The uniform collar does not show her Chief of Police stars on it but when she walks off the elevator down the hall into her office less than 10 seconds later, the stars reappear on her collar.

Continuity mistake: Mitchell puts a sandwich down close to Cam on the kitchen island whilst talking to him. The sandwich then moves closer to Mitchell and a plastic food container is now moved to the other side near Cam instantaneously. (00:14:00)

Return of the Dead Guy - S3-E10
Continuity mistake: When Ravi is bitten on the top right side of his head by Don E, there is a noticeable hole in the pantyhose he is wearing to disguise himself. Just a few seconds later, they show the right side of his head again and the hole has disappeared. (00:28:20)

Continuity mistake: When Daisy walks away from Max on the roof in Vegas, the food and the napkin disappear. In the next shot, they reappear.

Continuity mistake: When Mary Margaret gets thrown by the Lily dragon into a rock, her blood smear on her head is large and messy. They cut away and cut back to her quickly and it is nice and neat with two blood drop lines slowly forming away from the cut. (00:44:00)

Continuity mistake: Quinn is having a meal with Ethan at a restaurant. The position of Ethan's fork keeps changing to facing him to facing away from him. He has not touched the fork to eat the pie. (00:31:00)

Continuity mistake: Mitchell places his glass trophy on the left side of the mantel. The award moves to the center of the mantel just a few seconds later.

Continuity mistake: Leroy is walking by and Astrid she accidentally dumps glitter on his head. She wipes his face off; he has glitter on his moustache. It disappears. The camera pans back to him and there is glitter on his moustache again.

Continuity mistake: Belle is talking to Rumplestiltskin and sitting on his dining room table. The red rose in the vase he gave her keeps moving. It is leaning to the right, to straight up, then to leaning to the right again. Neither of them touch it, so it should not be shifting around.

Continuity mistake: Spoiler! When Victoria's head is popped off by Edward, who has killed her, her eyes are open. Seconds later, from another angle, her eyes are closed. (01:42:30)

Continuity mistake: When Greg and Rowley were sprayed with the milk like substance at Halloween by the 3 thugs in the red pick up, they ran off. Shortly after, their costumes and Rowley's shield showed no traces at all of the milk like substance.

Continuity mistake: Throughout the episode Courteney Cox talks about her father dying on Feb 20th to her mom and brother. When she looks at his death certificate, in the lower right corner the death date says Jan.
