Our Father - S3-E12

Continuity mistake: "Our Father". At the end of the previous episode, "The Eclipse, Part 2", Hiro brought Claire to the rooftop of the Deveaux building to witness Kaito handing over baby Claire to Noah Bennet. To illustrate his point, Hiro showed Claire the exact same thing happening in the "9th wonder" comic book he brought with him, and she can follow the Japanese dialogue from there. But when the exact same scene is shown at the beginning of this episode, Hiro does not show Claire the comic at all.

Continuity mistake: When Sinclair drives the Bentley through the closing vault doors, she barely makes it, with both sides of the car scraping against the doors (as we can both see and hear). But in the next shot of them driving away, the car does not have any marks from being scraped up. Side mirrors are still intact, and even the paint looks fine.

Continuity mistake: When Inara finds Mal unconscious in his quarters, his head is resting up against the wall. When the angle changes to show her running over to him, he has moved away from the wall and his head is on the floor. After she has called for help, his head is once again up against the wall. Continuity mistake: During the duel, after Atherton breaks Mal's sword, he puts the blade to Mal's chest with his arm straight and his wrist slightly bent. The angle changes, and Atherton is suddenly holding the sword with his elbow bent and a straight wrist, in a completely different manner. (00:37:30)

Continuity mistake: When the school bus drops off Bart and Milhouse at the Simpson house, Bart puts his backpack on frontwards and starts krumping. When he walks through The Front door, he is still wearing his backpack on his front. It then cuts to inside the house, and we still see him coming through the door, but the backpack is gone.

Little Orphan Millie - S19-E6

Continuity mistake: When the men from Festival Cruise Lines arrive at the Simpson house, they park in the left-hand lane (closest to the house) with the car facing oncoming traffic, seen both when they first pull up and, more, in the background while informing Milhouse about his parents. But in the overhead shot of the house, the car is parked the other way around, following the direction of traffic.

Continuity mistake: When Rincewind and Twoflower are at the Edge, Rincewind tells how he only knows the one spell from the Octavo and how he got it. In several shots of Twoflower the clouds in the background change drastically, often between one- and two-seconds shots of Rincewind. The clouds are almost motionless in every shot, so they could not have drifted that fast so suddenly.

Audio problem: In part II, after Cohen has killed the High Priest he sheaths his sword. You can see that he actually misses the scabbard, and slides his sword down the side of it, but the sound of the sword being sheathed can still be heard as the camera pans to Rincewind.

Revealing mistake: When Cohen complains about how nobody takes him seriously because he doesn't have teeth anymore, you can see a full set of teeth in his mouth.

Continuity mistake: In "The Mummy Returns", we were told that the Scorpion King reigned before the Pyramids of Egypt were built. Yet in this film, where the Scorpion King is not yet a king, Layla talks about going to Egypt to see the Pyramids.

Continuity mistake: In the bank, Rath offers all his money to Bain to walk away. As he is saying, "But you won't do that way", he is gesturing with his left hand in the air. As Bain says "No", Rath's hand is still in the same position. Cut to a close-up of Rath, and he is suddenly holding his hands together, and folded in front of him. New angle change, and Rath's left hand is back to the first position, with his right hand resting on his chair. There was no time for him to move his hands between shots. (01:50:00)

Continuity mistake: When Rath and Elektra are in the car talking about the new price they'll put on the disc, just as Elektra says, "Sounds like a mid-life crisis to me", Rath's left arm comes into the foreground, being briefly rested on her seat before sliding off and down. Cut to a close-up of Rath's face, and he is suddenly touching his face with his left hand, with no time to move his hand between shots. (01:19:40)

Continuity mistake: When Rath and Bain are talking in the bank, Rath asks about Bain's sunglasses. In the close-up of Rath, he is holding his hands together in front of his face, right above left, with his right index and middle fingers on top of his left hand. Cut to a shot from behind him, and now his hands are suddenly folded, with fingers interlocking.

Revealing mistake: When Bain is in the bath and communicating with his employer, you can see he is just punching random keys on the keyboard that do not match up with what he is supposedly writing. First, he writes "Nothing. I retired the buyers", but he never touches the "n" or "e" keys. A little later, he types "And", but his hand never comes near the "a" key. (01:07:10)

Continuity mistake: When Candyman kills Dr. Burke, blood splatters on Helen, leaving three smudges on her right cheek, right along the jaw. These smudges keep moving around. First, she has a spot right next to her chin. After Candyman has cut her restraints, we get a close-up of Helen, and the blood by her chin is gone. As she gets up and prepares to climb out the window, another spot has appeared on her right cheekbone. (01:08:20)

Continuity mistake: When Helen is strapped to the gurney and sees Candyman floating over her, she starts twitching and screaming, making the nurses rush in and sedate her. But when the surveillance tapes from the same scene is shown, it plays out differently. The first time, Helen just shouts, "Murderer! Help!" and the nurses immediately arrive, on the tapes she screams for a longer time, and twice calls out, "He's here! He's under the bed!" (01:01:45 - 01:05:55)

Continuity mistake: When Jaguar Paw is being chased through the jungle, there is one scene at night. He stops to rest, and turns his head to see the torches behind him. In the two close-ups of his face, the piercing in his lower lip is gone. It reappears as he turns head away from the torches and starts running again. (01:41:10)

Visible crew/equipment: When the hunters have returned to the village, and Blunted is being pushed by his mother-in-law, at one point she is behind him, trying to push him forward. In the same shot, to the right of the screen, you can see a white hand touching his stomach as if telling him to stay put. When the angle changes, there is no one in front of him. (00:15:15)

Trivia: Even though the characters themselves are constantly confused as to which of them is Rosencrantz and which is Guildenstern, there is a way for the audience to make sure: In the scenes where they take part in "Hamlet" and interact with others, Gary Oldman always delivers the lines of Rosencrantz, and Tim Roth always delivers Guildenstern's.
