Continuity mistake: When Frankenstein releases the monster from the experiment bed, he reaches for the third bar (over the monster's thighs) first, but the fourth bar (over his lower legs) is already open. All of them were closed when they left the monster in the lab. (00:46:50 - 00:53:55)

Phoenix

Audio problem: As Frankenstein lures the monster back to the castle with the violin, if you watch very carefully, some of his bow movements don't match the length of the sound that is heard. (01:35:30)

Phoenix

Continuity mistake: The brain that Frankenstein draws on the blackboard in the first scene is different from the one behind him as he is seated and lecturing. Check the shading on the brain stem. (00:05:55 - 00:09:35)

The Fast and the Furious mistake picture

Factual error: In the first hijacking, one of the Honda Civics slips under the truck's trailer to avoid the road crew. Trailers with that much ground clearance do not exist, also trailers have a safety guard running the length of that space designed to prevent this very scenario from happening with a lower vehicle. The trailer has been modified to ride much higher than normal to make this stunt possible. The modifications to the lowered Honda are not sufficient to fit beneath an un-altered trailer. (00:02:35)

Phoenix

Trivia: The original cut of the film was three times the length of the final cut.

Monsters, Inc. (2001)

Other mistake: In the scene where Mike and Sully walk in on the CDA overrunning the power company, there is a CDA agent with number 00112 behind the main desk, and another with the same number talking to the boss a second later. (00:35:10)

Phoenix

Continuity mistake: When the Bride finally confronts Bill in his apartment, B.B. "shoots" her in the doorway. The Bride spins from the pretended impact to her left, but in the next shot she's centered in the doorway again.

Phoenix

Continuity mistake: After Uma is shot with the truth serum in Bill's apartment, the placement of the fruit specks on her chest change as she leans back, leans forward, etc.

A Boy and His Dog (1975)

Continuity mistake: As Blood tries to persuade Vic not to follow Quilla June into the Down Under, he is hopping with his broken right leg raised. In the circle he makes after Vick stops, he puts his weight on the leg for two different steps without ill effects or complaints. (00:53:55)

A Boy and His Dog (1975)

Factual error: In the fight immediately after Vic meets Quilla June, someone approaches Vic's nest from the right and fires just past his head. Vic turns and returns fire. The raider, who was moving forward, flies back from the impact and dies. Of course, bullets don't spread out their impact energy enough to knock someone back, no matter the caliber. (00:38:30)

Forbidden Planet (1956)

Continuity mistake: During the alien's assault on the ship, one crewman is seen near the spaceship's stairs firing a weapon. However, the weapon is pointed at a forty-five to sixty degree angle - at this angle, he would hit the bottom of the ship, not the alien that is much farther out.

Forbidden Planet (1956)

Continuity mistake: As Adams chews out the guards for allowing the alien onto the ship, he is fiddling with a pen. Cut to a closeup and the pen is on the table.

Forbidden Planet (1956)

Continuity mistake: When Robby is aiming the blaster at Adams, Morbius tells him to aim between the eyes. In the shot on Adams, the tip of the blaster can be seen rising at the edge of the screen, but Robby is too far away for that to be possible.

Forbidden Planet (1956)

Trivia: To save money, many of the set backdrops in this film were recycled from The Wizard of Oz. This is most obvious in Morbius' garden.

Runaway Jury (2003)

Continuity mistake: When Nick and Marlee are talking in the church after his apartment is burned, he talks about the danger and she touches his face with her left hand, right hand out of sight below frame. She drops her hand slowly, but as he steps away it is her right hand that is raised and the left lowered. (01:11:40)

The Shining (1980)

Trivia: The famous scene where Wendy reads through Jack's accumulated work naturally doesn't have the same impact if the viewer can't read English. Therefore, for every foreign language the film was released in, Kubrick remade this shot with an appropriate cliche in each language - French, German, etc. Also, every page of every manuscript was hand-typed to recreate the realism of typos and misalignments.

X-Men (2000)

Continuity mistake: Right after Wolverine slices the tip off one of the Statue of Liberty's prongs, he strikes a dramatic pose: left arm cocked at his chest, right arm extended. In the next shot, his right arm is at his shoulder and his left is in front. (01:23:00)

Phoenix

Audio problem: On Dave's deathbed, sometimes the breathing matches his chest movements and sometimes it really doesn't.

Phoenix

Continuity mistake: In the white hotel, the first transition shows a middle-aged Dave with graying hair. In the shot over middle-aged Dave's shoulder to show that the pod is gone, he has dark hair again.
