Trivia: Cereal Killer makes a reference to George Orwell's book 1984. Cereal's Killer's real name is Emmanuel Goldstein, which is also the name of the head of the resistance in the book 1984.

Continuity mistake: As the people are coming out to confront the finger-man who shot the little girl one of them is carrying a shovel. This same man proceeds to swing what appears to be a pipe wrench at the finger-man's head.
