Fringe (2008)

Midnight - S1-E18

Plot hole: When interrogating Boone, Olivia shows him a photo of a body with the spine torn out in the woods. This body hasn't been found yet, as a later scene has Olivia and Peter go to the same location and find the body. You can tell it's the same body because the shirt is the same in both the picture and the crime scene.

Plot hole: In the scene where Sam and Carly are attempting to communicate to the military through the UAV drone, Sam tells them all about the Decepticons' plan to bring Cybertron into our atmosphere. But Sam was never there when Dylan explained the plan to Carly, and there was no time for Carly to have told him.

Hulk (2003)

Plot hole: When the military is shooting at the Hulk inside the bunker, his skin is shown healing, along with his pants. Regardless of what military enhancements they made to the shorts, there is simply no way they could've made the shorts to seal bullet holes shut instantly.

Fringe (2008)

The Cure - S1-E6

Plot hole: When Charlie looks up the file on David Esterbrook, he says that the file shows that Esterbrook is directly responsible for INtREPUS' "controversial" R&D, including pre-natal gene therapy, human/animal hybridization, and viral warfare. Yet later, Olivia says she can find no dirt on Esterbrook who is, in her words, "cleaner than snow". If INtREPUS kept records of their illegal endeavours, then how come Olivia can't find them when the time calls for it?

Plot hole: When the doctor robot is projecting Sam's thoughts onto the wall, there is an image of Mikaela leaning on the motorcycle. Problem is, Sam wasn't there when that scene happened. He was talking to her on the phone, so he couldn't have seen what she was doing.

Brother Bear 2 (2006)

Plot hole: Kenai getting bonked on the head with a pinecone at the end could never happen. When Nita walks over to Kenai and Koda, we see that the only trees are to Nita's right. The pinecone then falls on Kenai's head from ABOVE. They look up and see a tree above them. Cut to a wide shot, there are no trees around them.

Show generally

Plot hole: In the episode "Where's the Wizard?", when Pim gets the Wizard from Lil' Danny, she holds it in her hand. When Lil' Danny steals it, he takes it out of Pim's backpack, meaning it must be Pim's Wizard. But when Phil points it out, she says it's hers. This could be a character mistake, but if it was Phil's Wizard, they would not be able to track the one Hackett had, because inputting the signal of Phil's Wizard would do nothing.

Zoom (2006)

Plot hole: When we see the Zenith Team playing softball, it's a scene taken from later in the movie. For one thing, Mr. Pibb is there, even though we don't meet him until the next scene. Second, they're in the room with the UFO, but we don't see that until later. Finally, Zoom's outfit is different than the last scene, but in the next scene he's wearing the same outfit.

Brother Bear 2 (2006)

Plot hole: The whole plot of the first "Brother Bear" was that Kenai had to go to that mountain to become human. But at the end of this movie, the spirits were about to change Kenai back into a human in the middle of a cliff, which makes the entire first movie completely pointless.
