Deliberate mistake: While Indy is fighting the tank commander, he looks up to see them heading toward a cliff. After the tank goes over, from the time his companions look over the cliff to the time when they walk away and Indy is sitting on the ground, you can see the wind blowing in their faces. But as Indy starts to get up, the wind blows his hat toward him, which it couldn't do as his hat flew off quite a while before, and the winds would have blown it far from the cliff's edge.

Deliberate mistake: After trying to get away from the monster, Costello finally unties the boat as Abbott rows away from the burning dock. The next shot of the boat has Abbott slowly rowing the boat, but you can see it's not moving as there's no wake, and when they jump off the boat after the Invisible man speaks, it doesn't rock, meaning the boat was mounted to something to prevent any movement, so they could make the jumps into the water.

Adam-12 (1968)

Credit Risk - S7-E10

Other mistake: Reed is running license plate numbers over the police scanner, looking for a hit-and-run culprit. The plate number he is looking for comes back on the radio as owned by a woman and is on a tan 1974 Ford sedan, but when the officers go to the woman's house and see the damaged car with that license plate, it's not a tan Ford, but a tan 1974 Chevrolet Caprice.

Visible crew/equipment: In the final scene where Frankenstein is fighting the Spacemonster on the spaceship, there are upshots of the monster attacking to make him look larger, but looking right behind his head you can see a ceiling mounted fluorescent light and electrical conduit; neither of which would have been on a spaceship.

Factual error: Lynyrd Skynyrd's plane crashed in the early evening in October 1977. Injured crash survivor Artimus Pyle, tended to the severely injured people and later was able to walk through the swamp and the woods in the dark to get help, but in the movie when the plane crashes and Pyle's search for help it's a bright sunny day.

Continuity mistake: While at the crime scene in the junkyard, Monk is trying to explain things, but is unable to concentrate because one of the stacked junked cars still has a headlight in it. What's Up, Doc? (1972)

Continuity mistake: During the chase scene, Judy and Howard go down a steep hill with large white arrows painted on the road and take a hard left on the delivery bike. On their left side of the hill you can see three cars parked near the bottom of the hill, a white Corvair, a green Pinto and a red Falcon, but when they show individual scenes of the two Cadillacs and the Plymouth taxi that are chasing them down the hill, those three parked cars are gone and now the parking area has a lot more cars parked there then before.

The Love Bug (1968)

Continuity mistake: Jim pulls up to his home in a new red Lamborghini, parks it in front of Herbie and goes inside. Later he hears crashing noises and runs out to find Herbie smashing the new car, but the car is now a red E Type Jaguar and not the Lamborghini.

Continuity mistake: All the inside shots of both cabbies driving show the interior color is tan and brown, but in the scene where Pike is hanging out of the cab as it's driving away one cab's interior is two tone green. When they open the doors at the crash scene with the chief's car at the end you can see the other car has a silver and black interior.

demodon

Continuity mistake: The two 1959 Plymouth taxis keep changing from scene to scene; in some you can see cab numbers painted on the hood and trunk, and in other scenes they aren't there, also dents on the cars show up and later they are gone.

Logan's Run (1976)

Revealing mistake: When the dome city starts to blow up, people are running around in a panic. One man in a red outfit jumps off a balcony to the next floor and you can see a modern (1970s) lit exit sign over a doorway behind him. Many of the interior shots for the dome city were filmed in a large shopping mall; that sign must have been missed when they were trying to make it look like the year 2274.

Factual error: During the drag racing part of the film, they show an orange Plymouth lining up to race a red 57 Chevy. When the back of the Plymouth comes into view you can see a Direct Connection license plate with a Mopar logo on it. Chrysler's Direct connection line didn't exist in 1964, and the red white and blue Mopar logo wasn't around until 1972.

demodon

Factual error: At the start of John Milner's story, they show the drag strip from the air and begin zooming in on the track. On the outside of the tracks fence is a maroon 1966 Pontiac Lemans/GTO, a green 1966-69 Rambler American, and a white post-1967 VW Beetle, none of which were around in 1964.

Thunderball (1965)

Continuity mistake: When the Disco Volante separates to escape the cruisers firing on it, the "cocoon" is seen facing the pursuing ships stern-first. When the shot changes to show the gunners firing on the ships, the back half of the "cocoon" has turned completely around. The gunners are firing from the separated mid-section of the Volante, and the stern of the "cocoon" is now facing away from the cruisers, making it easy to see which parts of the scene were filmed live and which were done in the studio.

Catch-22 (1970)

Revealing mistake: During the Flak attack on the B25s Arfy notices Orr's plane going down. The scene cuts to a smoking plane going down at a steep angle, but you can see the plane was flying straight and the film turned at an angle as the colors on the horizon are also at a steep angle.
