The Simpsons (1989)

I, (Annoyed Grunt)-bot - S15-E9

Other mistake: When the bullies are riding around Bart and Milhouse there are problems with their water bottles. In some frames they vanish, in some others the bullies' far legs are drawn in front of the bottle. (00:01:40)

Druids (2001)

Other mistake: One of the shots of the aftermath of the battle is played in reverse - e.g. the smoke from the fires is going down. (01:41:20)

Other mistake: When walking home from the cinema, Sean says to Bernadette (played by Minnie Driver) "I think your father would be very disappointed to hear that, Minnie". Yes it is Bennie the first time (her character's name), but the second time (ie. the sentence above) is definitely "Minnie".

Office Space (1999)

Other mistake: Peter is playing "Tetris for Windows". We saw earlier that the computer's UI was Mac-like. (00:19:20 - 00:43:45)

M*A*S*H (1972)

The Moose - S1-E5

Other mistake: When they're playing poker, Hawkeye is sitting at an angle so that Sgt. Baker cannot see the earpiece that Hawkeye is wearing. However, Hawkeye sometimes turns his head enough for us to see his ear and, since the camera angle is over Baker's shoulder, Baker must have been able to see the earpiece too and realise he was being cheated. M*A*S*H (1972)

Mad Dogs and Servicemen - S3-E13

Other mistake: Hawkeye, Henry and Trapper are playing scrabble. The board is in an illegal state - in the lower right corner 'it', 'jot', 'joy' 'yearn' and 'in' are not connected to the rest of the words. Since the others call Hawkeye on his non-existant word, I'm assuming they're playing properly. (00:15:35)

Dark City (1998)

Other mistake: When Murdoch is flipping through the phone book looking for Karl Harris, the names are nonsensical (Mreland, Mrons, Msaac - i.e. names that start with I starting with an M). Secondly, the pages are all the same. Thirdly, if he is looking for Harris then he should not be flipping forwards through the Ms (or even the Is), he should be going backwards. (00:44:14)
