Dude, Where's My Ranch? - S14-E18

Continuity mistake: When Lisa goes to save Clara, she's wearing the same dress she took to the dance, but after Clara walks safely back to land, Lisa is wearing another outfit entirely, then changes back to her previous outfit in the very next shot, then back to her unknown outfit seconds later.

E-I-E-I-(Annoyed Grunt) - S11-E5

Revealing mistake: After Lisa says "For a product that's evil and deadly" while standing in front of the tomacco stand, there's a duplicate Lisa behind her that stands still while she moves, giving Lisa the appearance of having two heads. It looks like the animators made a mistake while trying to animate Lisa.

The War of the Simpsons - S2-E20

Revealing mistake: When Ned says "Crème de cassis" while describing what was in the drink he made. There are several animation errors in this shot. His head is disconnected from his body, and his nose disappears. Also, a part of his face is missing between his fingers while he does the 'OK' hand gesture.

Suggested correction: It's on purpose like the rest of the fourth wall Scooby Doo animation references.

The Bob Next Door - S21-E22

Audio problem: When Marge says "Now that it's empty, who's going to buy their house? What if someone moves in with two Barts? Or four teenage Barts?" her mouth movements don't match most of her dialogue.
