Continuity mistake: In Potter's tent, he holds the door for Brandy to enter. In the close up, you see him drop his left hand to close the door after she passes him and inside. After the angle change, his hand is back on the door, and she's just even with him walking forward.

Continuity mistake: At the "Do What You Feel" Festival, Homer shows up in his house robe, bear feet styled slippers, unshaven, and unbrushed hair. When he takes the float to save Bart, he's in his regular clothing of blue pants, white shirt, shoes, and clean shaven.

Continuity mistake: After the beginner hits the ground, you see one piece of glass hit the ground. Behind George, after the angle change, the is a large amount of broken glass around the body.

Audio problem: When the guy goes to draw his gun on "Indy" George in the beginning, there is the sound of it coming out of a hardened holster, but the guy didn't have a holster on. The gun was in his belt.

Audio problem: After Chiun gets all of the rings on the bottles, you can see that they have all settled, yet you keep hearing the sound of them still settling through the rest of the scene.

Continuity mistake: As Remo is running on the beach, Chiun says "float", and Remo comes off the ground, and is running in air. After Mac comes up, the camera looks at Remo and his feet are back on the ground, kicking up dirt, rather than in air.

Continuity mistake: When the Enterprise first leaves space dock, the deflector array is orange until warp speed, then it's blue. Inside V'Ger, it alternates from orange to blue.

Revealing mistake: As Pod 5 goes over the Enterprise in the Inspection cruise so Kirk can see the refit results, as the camera looks toward the Earth and the nacelles, you can see the blue of Earth through the inside of the nacelle.

Continuity mistake: As the camera goes in on the window of the station, there is no travel pod parked at the airlock. When Kirk and Scotty go to leave, there is one conveniently there, with no announcement of arrival. (Corrected in the Director's Edition).

Visible crew/equipment: As Harry looks at the "robot" in Agriculture you can see the camera reflected in the robot's visor over Harry's right shoulder.

Visible crew/equipment: As Maximilian inverts in the elevator (incredible given the small size of the compartment) if you look closely, you can see the arms extended from the wall the Max pivots on. Also, in this shot, the inside of V.I.N.CENT's left eye and pupil can be seen through the grille on the left side of his head.

Revealing mistake: In the control tower, as the Palomino crew look around, you can see all the way through V.I.N.CENT's head by means of the pentagonal shaped grilles on either side.

Continuity mistake: As the boarding tunnel extends to the Palomino, V.I.N.CENT is seen floating up. In the long shot, he has disappeared, with no evidence of him in the tunnel until the door is opened.

Revealing mistake: As Harry floats by the camera after the Black Hole grabs them, you can plainly see the wires holding him.

Revealing mistake: After the Palomino gets into the zero gravity bubble around the Cygnus, the camera goes inside to Pizer. He bucks in the seat a few seconds after the ship stops shaking, showing it was a camera trick.
