The Gold Rush - S1-E18

Other mistake: The wooden steps in front of the office look to be one plank measuring 3" by 18", but in the collapse under Klink, they appear to be two pieces. Also, Le Beau sawed through the middle support, but neither Schultz or Klink step on it.

Death Ship (1980)

Continuity mistake: The amount of blood in the shower varies from shot to shot. One moment, it's ankle deep, then the drain is visible, then ankle deep again.

Death Ship (1980)

Visible crew/equipment: When the survivors of the cruise liner sinking approach the ominous ship, it's supposed to be deserted, but as a window opens, a person's arm holding a stick to open the window is visible.

Spaceballs (1987)

Continuity mistake: After Lone Star and Barf drop the giant hair dryer, they lift up the empty case. In the "Instant video Cassette" of the movie, Lone Star and Barf are lifting the case, but the hair dryer is missing.

Suggested correction: It's not the same scene. Notice that in the scene where they drop it, it's relatively flat where they are walking. In the instant cassette scene, they are walking down a hill.

LorgSkyegon

They were by a hill, but the angle didn't allow the camera to see it.

Other mistake: As Dark Helmet says his line "Everybody knows that!", watch the crewman in white to Helmet's right. He starts to cover his crotch a beat too soon.

Relics - S6-E4

Question: When Scotty was at the door of the Holodeck, he calls for the bridge of the Enterprise, "no bloody A, B, C, or D." When the doors open, it's the bridge of the original ship. However, he was Chief Engineer on the refit Enterprise (no A). Besides the obvious "it's in the script", why didn't the computer ask for a distinction?

Movie Nut

Answer: As a product of 24th Century technology, the ship's computer is an example of extremely advanced artificial intelligence that is capable of intuiting deeper meanings based on inflection and speaker personality profiles. The computer probably (and correctly) intuited from Scotty's profile and the exasperated tone of his voice that he meant the original, unmodified Enterprise NCC 1701.

Dear Ma - S4-E16

Factual error: When the South Korean Colonel and General are in the Mess Tent with BJ, their rank insignia is wrong. The insignia the Colonel is wearing is for a U.S. Colonel, and the General's insignia would not be three stars in a horizontal line.

The Price - S3-E8

Other mistake: As Troi describes her idea of "real" chocolate to the computer, it interrupts her with a warning about the nutritional value of her request. The reply is in two parts, and between the parts, you hear the intake of breath, something no computer would do.
