Continuity mistake: As Keda is tumbling down the face of the cliff, he smacks against a small ledge on his way down before hitting a second ledge and then landing on a third. But as the camera goes down the face of the cliff from the top of it, the two ledges he hit on the way down are gone, showing a mostly flat face. (00:28:20)

Continuity mistake: When James and Alice are talking on the roof eating, he say she loves it here and looks around gesturing back and forth. But it cuts to a different angle and suddenly he's back to his original position looking at Alice. (00:28:20)

Continuity mistake: After the 16 months later mark and they have their conversation about their last mission being a bust, James confronts Alice as she's getting out of the shower. She wraps a towel around her as he says her lead sucks and her arms are behind her back as she does. It cuts to a side angle and suddenly she's tucking the top of her towel in front of her at her chest. (00:19:30)

Bug: Sometimes in the ending screen where the survivors are running side by side, two of them will be put in the same spot. They will be running inside each other.

Revealing mistake: When Red hits one of the demon bikers with his vehicle after he shoots it with an arrow, as the vehicle flips from the impact that there is actually nothing there he hit. (01:16:20)

Factual error: Spoiler! The cultists burned Mandy alive by wrapping a sleeping bag around her, putting gas on her and hanging her from a metal swing set and setting her on fire. After Red frees himself later and craws up to her remains, it's shown that she is barely a pile of ash with her skull still somewhat in shape when he picks it up. It then crumbles into just ash showing she had been fully burnt to the very center. This would not have been the case with how they burned her. Their was nowhere near enough heat or kindling to keep her body burning long enough to turn completely to ash with no remains like that. She would have died, yes, but would have mostly stayed intact as a single body burnt very bad. Bones, features, charred organs would still have been left behind. (01:04:00)

Revealing mistake: Often times in movies when people are watching footage recorded that was supposed to be from the perspective of someone else, ie. from their eyes or recording glasses, or from a camera, it is not shown correctly. Rather than actually showing the images from the first person perspective, it shows camera footage of that person or previous footage from the movie the people are in.

There was a movie I rented a few years back. I don't remember exactly how long ago, but I know we got the film from RedBox. It was a space movie where this crew went to like a comet or something and landed on the surface. Some creature began messing with their minds I think and was living in the water beneath them. It pulled one of the crew below and ate him/her. I don't remember much else but at the end of the film there was one crew member left who was in the ship as it was sinking and the creature getting inside with them. I don't remember what happened after that. I'm wanting to know what the movie was called so I could find it again.

Other mistake: The spacesuit on the cover of the film looks almost nothing like the suits that are actually in the film itself.

Revealing mistake: When Brother Swan goes to blow on the "horn" (which is actually an ocarina), he toots out a few different notes. However his fingers stay completely stationary on the instrument and not moving around on the holes to change the notes. So it would have been just one sound but it plays like 3. (00:29:25)

Factual error: This movie takes place in 1983, but the Dollar Bill Mandy is using as a bookmark is from 2009. (00:17:40)

Continuity mistake: When it shows Mandy reading from her book, she has nothing visible sticking up from it in the wide angle. When it cuts to a close up suddenly the dollar bill she's using as a bookmark appears. It's first on the right side, then switches to the left side and further down. (00:17:30)

Plot hole: Spoiler. Alana discovers the alternate memory pathways in the film while Eve is lying back in the chair with the Mem Scanner on showing it was actually Eve that killed the crew on the pod. But as she's watching it, shots show Eve in the background not wearing the Mem Scanner. So Alana watching the memory feed then would not be possible. It was not recorded and played back until later. Revealing mistake: Eve says they need to make sure nobody gets shot, so she picks up Franklin's pistol and takes out the magazine to store them separately. However in this shot the magazine is completely empty with no bullets anyway. (00:53:40)

Continuity mistake: After Myers reveals that Franklin was the head of the bio weapons program, Thompson looks over at him with his arms crossed. In the next shot, Thompson suddenly has his hand up by his chin. (00:52:45)

Continuity mistake: In the shots of Thompson space walking along the outside of their pod and the damaged pod, he's moving slowly in the wide shots. But in the close ups it shows him moving twice and even triple his speed of stepping.

Continuity mistake: As Thompson and Eve are looking from their pod to the wrecked pod they plan to salvage from, the other pod is turning showing the airlock door lining up with them. It cuts back to them and then back to the other pod, and the airlock is now back where it was turning to line up once again. It's slowly turning and they take the time to speak before jumping. When they jump, the two pods are still perfectly lined up together. But in that time the air lock on the other pod should have been facing completely the wrong direction on the other side by then. Continuity mistake: After Thompson tries to kiss Eve and she tells him to wake up, he puts his left hand on his mouth rubbing his lips. It cuts to a different angle and suddenly it's his right hand as he pulls it away. (00:23:10)

Continuity mistake: When Thompson is about to climb into the bed with Eve, she has her hands in her lap with the Mem Glasses. In the next shot suddenly her hand is up by her head as she messes with her hair. (00:21:05)

Continuity mistake: Right at the start after they dock with the escape pod, three people enter and Kanelo calls out for Franklin. The guy behind Kanelo shines his flashlight to the right of the screen, but when it cuts to a close up of him, suddenly he's shining it towards the left of the screen. (00:03:15)
