Continuity mistake: As Lulu is racing up to the school, you see the brick base of the school house and that the bricks are a dark red color. It then cuts to a closer angle as she is about to pull her fishing pole out of the steps and suddenly the bricks are now a light grey. Also in the same shots, you see first that the tree's shadow is lay across the walkway in front of the steps. But in the close up the shadow is nowhere to be seen. (00:01:55)

Trivia: The idea for a Spy class in the Team Fortress games actually came from a glitch in the original Quake game. This glitch would cause enemy players to appear to be allies and could trick the opposing team.

Continuity mistake: Lulu slides down the banister onto a stool and slides across the floor to the table for her breakfast. She gets to the table and looks at her selection for a moment, the camera still looking from the side and her hands at her sides. It cuts to a close up from in front of her and suddenly her hands are up on the table. Also the cups on the table change shape, from being more conical towards the bottom, to perfect cylinders. Character mistake: Spy: The Spy is French in origin in this game, being a secret agent from some French agency supposedly. And thus voice actor playing him, Dennis Bateman speaks his lines with a French accent. However, when the Spy says lines in the game in his native French language, Dennis' English accent is heard through the French dialog.

Trivia: Dennis Bateman plays the voice of the Spy. He also plays the muffled cries and screams of the Pyro behind his asbestos lined mask.

Continuity mistake: Lois lands her plane in front of The Mad Scientist's lair early in the short. Her plane is adjacent to the door, which is white. Later as The Mad Scientist is running away before the place explodes, the door is now orange, Lois’ plane is now facing away from it, and the steps that were in front of the door are now much smaller. Bug: Spy: Occasionally, the Spy’s left hand animation will move faster than it is supposed to while the player is in motion. This can be fixed by recording a demo and quickly stopping it.

Continuity mistake: When The Mad Scientist's weapon strikes the Daily Planet, you can see the lights inside the building shut off as it cuts the power to the structure. Yet it cuts to inside the building as workers begin panicking as the building shakes and you can see hanging lights swinging everywhere, still on. (00:07:05)

Bug: Spy: If disguised as Sniper, sometimes the Spy will show to have the quiver and arrows on his back even if he is not currently holding the Huntsman or even if the player he is disguised as does not have the Huntsman equipped.

Continuity mistake: The Mad Scientist fires his weapon on a bridge and it chews away a large section of it. It then cuts to a video feed the scientist is watching and the damage of the bridge between what was shown and what is on his view screen do not match up. (00:05:50)

Continuity mistake: Perry White has The Mad Scientist’s letter straight on his desk, but then it turns it to a diagonal angle when he reads it to Lois and Clark. Lois says that she wants to crack the case on her own and the shot pans back to Perry as he thinks about it for a moment, and this shot shows the letter still diagonal on the desk. Then Lois shouts out "Thanks Chief" and dashes off before he can respond and the image cuts to a different angle. Now suddenly the letter is straight on his desk like it was before he turned it.
