Continuity mistake: Bernard and Tom are in the park playing football, when Bernard, with Tom behind him, catches a ball thrown to him from someone off to his left and ahead of him, but there's no-one there to throw it. Before this shot, we are in Lowenstein's office, and Tom has just thrown her a football, which, after complaining about her nails, throws it back to Tom, but Tom doesn't catch it, Bernard does, in a shot made up in the editing room.

Continuity mistake: When Tom is in Lowenstein's office, he picks up a nic-nac from a shelf - a small head - and he goes to put it back, but he doesn't, and then, suddenly, he has his hands in his pockets, and the head just reappears on the shelf without him putting it back.

Continuity mistake: At the end, when Paul and Corie are out on the ledge of their apartment block, Ethel and Victor join the crowd on the opposite side of the street, who are all looking up, to see the couple kissing and heading back in. But when there's a crowd shot, when the crowd is seen from the ledge viewpoint, Ethel and Victor are missing.

My old college professor," who will be able to tell Rosemary what is special about smooth ink caps - this has been bugging Rosemary for days - and then grabs her cardigan without dealing with the mushroom in her hands, which is no longer to be seen.

Other mistake: After a night of drinking ouzo, Corie asks Victor if she'll have much of a hangover, not having drunk ouzo before. Victor says no the hangover, but she won't be able to make a fist for 3 days, and when she tries, she can't make a fist, but seconds before Victor spoke, Corie did make a fist, a big one.

Continuity mistake: When Corie decides to meet Paul at the bus stop, she clings to his right side, but from the front view she's now clinging to his left side.

Character mistake: Corie goes into the empty bedroom and says "The bed is six feet long" as she measures it out with her feet "and the room is five and a half feet, and I'm in big trouble." But she only measured the width of the room, not the length.

Continuity mistake: When the telephone man comes to install the phone, his workbox is under his left arm then suddenly it's under his right arm.

Continuity mistake: Mrs Waggett brings in a tray with cups of tea on it while her husband is on the phone, reporting the sinking of a ship that contained hundreds of bottles of whisky. Mrs Waggett puts the tray on the left side of the screen, then, taking two cups with her, moves to the right of screen and that's where she stays when her husband finishes talking on the phone and, amazingly, the tray that was on the left side is now in her hands, without her moving to the left side to collect it.

Continuity mistake: When Webster steals a huge diamond, one of the guards comes to from the chloroform and raises the alarm before Webster has left the building. As he hurries to leave, Webster gets shot in the left arm, and he must use a truck as a battering ram to break through a garage door; he does this, but the garage door is now on the front of the truck, obstructing Webster's view, until, suddenly, it vanishes - all that's left are the side bits of the garage.

Continuity mistake: When Jim comes to see Webster, Webster is in the bath with a sponge that he constantly wipes himself with, but the sponge moves from one hand to the other, repeatedly, without him actually doing it.

Plot hole: Webster meets Laura at a party and she takes him to her house - it's not really her house - and says he has to break in to show off his talents, but when Webster does break in, he walks into a pitch-black house and he walks straight to the light switch and turns on the lights, so Laura can come in to a lighted house. Problem is: Webster has never been to this house before, it's pitch-black inside (it's so dark we can't see Webster at all), and the light switch is not where most switches are - on the wall next to the door - it's on a pillar, which is really far away from the front door; there's no way he'd be able to go straight to it.

Factual error: When Webster is attempting to open his first safe, on the job, so to speak, he only turns the wheel once. Now, I am not an expert on safes, but I do know that the wheel must be turned back and forth, with the correct numbers, a few times, at least.

Continuity mistake: When Webster breaks into his first house, he has his briefcase open, so he can get at the items he needs, but before he leaves, he picks up the torch that is sitting on his closed briefcase - he never closed his briefcase; it was open all the time.

Continuity mistake: After the bank robbery, Bill Murry is robbed, and the robber takes his wallet, which contains 4 one dollar bills. As the robber walks away, we get a glimpse of Bill's shirt, which is not tucked in and we can see money strapped to his body. But a bit later, we again see Bill's shirt, and this time his shirt is tucked in back and front - there is no money to be seen, and Bill never tucked his shirt in.

The Memory of Water - S2-E1

Plot hole: When Eddie finds the hammer that killed Cousin Jim, Rosemary and Laura are on his tail, so he rushes to the river, and so does Martin and the constable. Problem is: Eddie and the girls are on one side of the river and Martin and the constable are on the other side of a river that is impossible to cross where they are - there are bridges, but not there. So, if Martin and the constable were heading for the hammer, why did they go to the wrong side of the river? It's all very dramatic, as Eddie has to dive into the water, but it's ridiculous, plot-wise.

Other mistake: About halfway through, the divers go into water with a very strong current, and yet both Catherine and Nicoli both call Tyler to come to them, which is impossible - the current is too strong for Tyler to even attempt to turn around and go back to them. Both Catherine and Nicoli are in the current, so they will come to Tyler, eventually, when the current isn't so strong and Tyler can hang onto something and wait for them.

Factual error: When they go into the water, they put mouthpieces in, but, a few times, they talk to each other, which is impossible with mouthpieces in.
