Other mistake: When Salt is arrested and in the back seat of a police car, somehow she takes control and causes a lot of smashed up cars, and hits about ten large yellow bins. The problem is: Those bins are there because they have water in them, to lessen the impact of crashes, but there was no water to be seen.

Prometheus (2012)
Other mistake: When Dr Shaw is in the medical "machine", and she wants an abdominal operation, a voice says, "Preparing anaesthetics," but all it does is wipe a line on her stomach with something brown - could be betadine. But Shaw screams and yells in pain. If it really is a "machine" that can perform surgery, well, surely it could put the patient under an anaesthetic that knocks them out, properly.

Airport (1970)
Other mistake: When they are trying to put together the character of the potential bomber, when he bought insurance, the woman who took his details said she remembered him because he didn't seem to have much money for someone going to Europe, but the bomber had told her he had changed all his US money for Lira, and when she persisted, he said the money was all in big bills, and he had left his cheque book at home - so he did have money.
Suggested correction: He said he did, but we know he didn't,, and anxious as he was, he was a terrible liar. The insurance gal saw right through him. Clearly, no talent for either insurance fraud or mass murder.
You might also take into account that in those days 10,000 Italian Lira was worth a measly US$5.69, so having nothing but "big bills" - large denomination notes - would not have been difficult.

Other mistake: Before the job, in the car, Don Cheadle, in the back seat, hands out a hacksaw, a ratchet and a pump-action shotgun, which he pumps before handing it over. The man taking the shotgun immediately pumps it again, which means it's been pumped twice, and a cartridge should have been ejected, but it wasn't. Or the gun's empty, in which case there was no point pumping it once, let alone twice.

Modern Times (1936)
Other mistake: When Charlie and Paulette are being taken away to jail in a van, there are no more seats left - Charlie gave Paulette his seat - so Charlie has to stand. The view of the prison van is from the back of the van. At one stage we can see part of an arm, an elbow, beside Paulette, where there should be nothing but the end of the van.

Dr. No (1962)
Other mistake: At the end, James and Honey jump into a small boat, and after James has dealt with the two men in the boat, Honey deals with the front tender, but no-one deals with the rear tender - we can see it rising out of the water, but somehow it is no longer attached to the boat. (01:43:50)
