The Moulin Ruse Affair - S1-E17

Continuity mistake: From the outside, the U.N.C.L.E. building's wall is made of red brick. But, after a large hole is knocked through it, a shot from the inside shows no red brick at all. In fact, the entire wall is now made of white cinder-block. (00:02:30)

The Illusion of the Lost Dragon - S1-E17

Continuity mistake: Poor Hahn is caught in a diabolical trap: the floor disappears and he's left dangling over a fire pit. In long shots, he's holding onto the ornate door handles with his face pressed against the door. In closer shots, though, he's hanging several feet away from the door, holding onto something (not the door handles anymore) that we can't see. (00:03:00)

The Illusion of the Lethal Playthings - S1-E20

Revealing mistake: The "remote control" model plane lands and sneaks through some bushes to spy on Blake. You can see the filament line pulling it. And the picture it sends the bad guys with its mini-camera not only zooms in (unlikely technology in 1973), it also delivers an unobstructed view when the plane is sitting in foliage that should block part of the shot. 38-23-36 - S2-E24

Factual error: Penny hides the stolen microdot on her contact lens, a re-hashed spy plot (used 5 years earlier on "The Man From U.N.C.L.E.") that wouldn't work. Any foreign object attached to your contact lens would feel like a shard of glass in your eye. (00:42:00)

The Lethal Eagle Affair - S1-E11

Revealing mistake: While Madame Gita is testing the death ray device, she orders Franz to go check the power. He trots off to obey, and in the process crosses, miraculously unscathed, directly in front of the "deadly" light beam. (00:42:15)

The Lethal Eagle Affair - S1-E11

Continuity mistake: April is undercover in Madame Gita's mansion, and has been speaking with her normal (American) inflection throughout most of the episode. Midway through, however, she suddenly acquires a German accent for no apparent reason. (00:35:15)

Boom at the Top - S2-E19

Plot hole: While Mundy is trying to disarm the briefcase bomb in the study, his time-sensitive work is interrupted no less than 6 times by people barging in from the party out front. The plot device adds comic relief, but there's no earthly reason why he couldn't have locked or barricaded the door in the first place. (00:36:00)

The Lethal Eagle Affair - S1-E11

Revealing mistake: Mark hides inside the grand piano - improbable (there's not enough room) unless the piano is a mock-up without any real harp or strings. And in fact, when he jumps out, you can see that there's nothing inside. Somehow, though, the piano still makes sounds when Dieter touches the keys. (00:27:00)

The Family - S2-E23

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Mundy is tapping into a line by climbing a phone pole. He's starting back down when the shot cuts to a wider angle - at which point he's back at the top and starts down the pole all over again. (00:00:55)
