A Fistful of Diamonds - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: Having borrowed the valuable uncut stones from Soapy, Heyes and Curry don't seem able to keep a very good accounting of them. Ten are sent out for evaluation, and twenty-one more are used to salt the fake diamond field. They should be returning thirty-one nuggets to Soapy at the end of the con game. Yet there are fewer than twenty diamonds on the table when Soapy empties the cloth bag. (00:49:50)

A Fistful of Diamonds - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: At the campsite, Binford counts out 19 uncut diamonds that were "found" in the salted field. When that same stash is laid out on his desk later, there are 20 stones. And according to Heyes and Curry, there were 21. (00:33:50)

A Fistful of Diamonds - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: At the bank, we see Curry empty the jewel bag onto Binford's desk. Ten stones fall out. But in subsequent close-ups, there are twenty. Despite this, Heyes asks Binford to write a receipt for "ten little stones that sparkle and glitter a lot." (00:12:20)

Chinese Honeymoon - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: Diamond parks just inches behind an old car and then enters the Chinese restaurant. When he comes out again, the older car is in the same place, but his Plymouth has somehow moved itself back several feet.

The Prisoner (1967)

Checkmate - S1-E9

Continuity mistake: In the opening shots, the Village center is shown without the giant chessboard set up. In the very next shot, it is suddenly fully laid out on the green.

The Prisoner (1967)

Checkmate - S1-E9

Continuity mistake: At the start of the chess match, a man holding a stick climbs the ladder behind the Queen and settles in to watch. As Number 6 and the Queen converse throughout the game, however, both the ladder and the man have vanished. They both reappear behind the Queen as the game is ending.

The Prisoner (1967)

Checkmate - S1-E9

Factual error: Several of the chess moves called out over the loudspeaker are not possible with the players in their current positions. The Queen, for instance, is ordered to King three while in her starting position (can't be done). The "Knight to Knight's Bishop three" move is also impossible. When she is free to move to King three, though, the Queen goes there twice - without moving anywhere else in between.

The Prisoner (1967)

The General - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: At the Village cafe, the menu on the table turns itself 90 degrees between the master shot and the close-up. Number 6's hand position and one of the chairs also both change positions instantly.

The Prisoner (1967)

The General - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: In The General's office, the professor pulls the sheet of paper he's been typing on out of the typewriter and inserts it head-first into the computer. When we cut to a close-up of the paper going in, however, it is now being inserted bottom-first.

The Prisoner (1967)

The Schizoid Man - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When the Village doctors and technicians begin their procedure on the unconscious Number 6, one man folds the sheet and blanket back from his chest. A few shots later, the same man does this again.

The Prisoner (1967)

The Great Shell Game - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: During the scene in the gentleman's club, Grace makes an instant costume change. When she's inside the club room, she has on a white lace dress and hat. When she and Heyes walk the drunk Sylvester out into the hall, she's wearing a bright red dress instead. (00:12:30 - 00:13:20)
