Mr. Monk Goes to the Hospital - S5-E16

Continuity mistake: When Monk, the Captain and Disher talk to Dr. Scott during his cardio test, the doctor's hospital gown is falling off his left shoulder in about half the shots, but is pulled up to his neck in the rest. This alternates several times throughout the scene, though he never touches or adjusts the gown. (00:19:30 - 00:21:30)

Monk (2002)

Factual error: While this film does an excellent job of recreating the Monkees' overall "look," it gets their haircuts wrong. Davy only wore his hair in the long shown here for a bit of the first season (it's much shorter in the screen tests, pilot episode, and second season), and Micky didn't get his curly-perm, which he has in this movie from the start, until the TV series was in its second year. As well, Mike was known for disliking the wool hat and would not likely have worn it off-set, save for his audition and during the screen tests.

Factual error: In the record store scene, the Monkees' "Headquarters" album we see isn't the original release, but a 1980s Rhino Records reissue. The original release was on the Colgems label.

Factual error: As shown here, the Beatles really did throw a "welcome" party for the Monkees when they came to the UK. But unlike what is shown here, neither Mike nor Davy attended the event.

Family Affair - S3-E17

Continuity mistake: After the hitman barges into Diamond's apartment and slugs him, Diamond collapses into a chair and both ends of his loose tie fall to the right. In the very next shot, the two ends of the tie are evenly spaced on either side of his shirt buttons.

Family Affair - S3-E17

Continuity mistake: The taxi Diamond follows has no markings on the side when it first pulls away. During the drive, it suddenly has both markings on the side and an advertising sign on the back. But when it stops, the cab again has no markings, and the sign has disappeared.

The Sanctuary - S1-E9

Continuity mistake: The packages Drake and Kathy place on the table beside their coats have disappeared when they return for the coats a few shots later. (00:19:00 - 00:21:20)

Danger Man (1964)

English Lady Takes Lodgers - S2-E5

Revealing mistake: At Lisbon airport, when Drake and Emma are sitting in the car, the windscreen is rather conspicuously missing, probably removed to facilitate a better camera shot. The missing glass reappears a few scenes later, though, in time for Drake to drive off in the car. (00:26:30)

The Men That Corrupted Hadleyburg - S2-E18

Factual error: Heyes plays blackjack with cash instead of chips. When he bets the limit of $1000, he pushes two small stacks of coins toward the dealer. A thousand dollars in coins would have made a substantially larger stack than this. Even if they were $20 gold pieces (which they don't appear to be) the two piles would have to be comprised of 25 coins each, which they are not. (00:30:00)

The Men That Corrupted Hadleyburg - S2-E18

Audio problem: Final sound edits were incomplete on this episode when star Pete Duel committed suicide, so his dialogue is "looped" by another actor in several places. Though it's an excellent imitation, it is most noticeably not Duel's voice when Heyes and Curry are waiting for Harry in the opening scene, at the campfire with the Tapscotts, and when Harry tells them about the trial's outcome.
