Who Killed the Hollywood Headshrinker? - S2-E13

Continuity mistake: Dressed as Catwoman, Ingrid cartwheels into Peter, knocking him over. When they hit the ground in full shot, she's upside down with her legs on his shoulders. When the shot cuts to a closer angle, her position has shifted 180 degrees and she's face-to-face with him, her hands on his shoulders. (00:28:50)

Moby Dick (1956)

Audio problem: Throughout the opening scenes, the innkeeper's lips are out of synch with his dialog due to a less-than-stellar job of overdubbing. The voice substituted for the original actor's belongs to director John Huston. (00:05:00 - 00:13:30)

Continuity mistake: When Archie tries to kill Burke with the fireplace poker, Burke knocks him out with a punch that sends him flying over the back of the couch. The stunt man lands on his side, facing the couch. But when Burke looks over at the unconscious Archie, he's lying face up and several feet farther to the left than the stunt man was in the previous shot. (00:48:20)

Who Killed Alex Debbs? - S1-E6

Trivia: Sammy Davis Junior's offbeat character, Cordwainer Bird, is an in-joke on the part of scriptwriter Harlan Ellison, who uses the Bird pseudonym to disassociate himself from productions that substantially rewrite/change his stories.

Dark Shadows (1966)

Show generally

Other mistake: 1967: The death of Sam Evans didn't play out according to the script. That's because the cameraman accidentally knocked the teleprompter off (with a loud crash), causing the dying "Sam" to sit up and yell "Where is it?!" "Maggie" ad libbed, "Never mind, Pop. It's going to be OK." Poor Sam then had to expire without delivering any poignant last words to his grieving daughter.
