(He doesn't stop to put it back - he's running for his life from a pack of hungry wolves.) His boots also change from black to brown by the time he makes it outside and jumps on his trusty horse. Revealing mistake: Though the stock footage is of a real wolf, the animal West wrestles with is too-obviously a dog wearing a fake pair of wolf ears. In later wrestling matches between West and the wolves, the attacking beast is a stuffed prop that never moves its legs, head or jaws at all. (00:03:30)

Revealing mistake: Louise kills the werewolf by firing three "blessed" bullets at him. But the third time she fires, the revolver doesn't revolve: the chamber remains stationary.

Continuity mistake: While Savage struggles with Kemp in the cockpit, the bomber goes into a nosedive. The next shot is stock footage that shows several people jumping from the plane and deploying parachutes. But when we cut back to the interior set, no one in Savage's crew has bailed. (00:42:00)

Continuity mistake: In the opening sequence, the venetian blinds in Dixon Hill's office rearrange themselves between takes. They're intact after the shooting, but moments later, despite being untouched by anyone in the room, they're broken and have a huge gap in them. (00:07:00)

Continuity mistake: When Barclay hangs the bone hatchet back in its place, the outline on the wall supposedly left by the item differs significantly from the artifact itself. (Most noticeable is the upper end: the outline has one long curled tip, but the actual hatchet has two short prongs there.) The outline was apparently drawn without the prop, or from a different prop altogether. (00:12:05)

Continuity mistake: At the end, Picard shows Data a baby born during the crisis. Neither of them touches it, but between shots, the baby's blanket changes positions. First it's almost completely covering his head and face, then it's pulled down and showing much more of him. (00:42:15)

Revealing mistake: During the bunker siege, footage recycled from an earlier episode creates the sudden appearance of a white station wagon parked beside the police cruisers that isn't there in all the other shots. (00:41:40)

Continuity mistake: Laura fires at the wall, leaving a bullet hole near Waverly's head. In the next shot, as they're effecting their escape, the bullet hole has disappeared. (00:44:05)

Continuity mistake: Solo and Illya park their big Chrysler convertible in front of Del Floria's and go inside. The shot then cuts to the tailor shop's interior with a view of the street through the window, and the car they just parked out front is nowhere to be seen. (00:00:20)
