Close Call - S2-E25

Continuity mistake: In the establishing shot of the epilogue, it's 9:10 on the clock outside the station. But in the very next shot, it's 7:10 on the clock inside. (00:42:20)

Forever Knight (1992)

Queen of Harps - S2-E19

Trivia: As Nick and Schanke are leaving the station, Nick turns back to give a handcuffed suspect being wrestled in the door by a cop a "where have I seen that guy before?" look. This was an in-joke: the collared criminal was series star Geraint Wyn Davies' brother. (00:19:40)

Close Call - S2-E25

Continuity mistake: Though the camera angle doesn't change, the brightly lit Chinese-character sign on the wall outside the window moves several feet to the right between takes. (00:09:10)

Day of the Dove - S3-E7

Continuity mistake: In the opening scenes, Sulu's retractable viewer isn't there when the Klingon ship approaches on the view screen. But a moment later in a closer shot, the viewer is suddenly in front of him, fully extended. (00:01:05)

Beyond the Law - S2-E13

Plot hole: At the end, Nick and Schanke discuss the bruise Nick's blow supposedly left on Damir's jaw. But Nick didn't hit Damir. He grabbed and tossed him bodily into a trash heap in the alley - without ever once touching his jaw. (00:41:50)

Forever Knight (1992)

The Neptune Affair - S1-E11

Revealing mistake: Every time the villains' deadly gas, "hydro," is mentioned, the word is badly and very obviously dubbed in, and doesn't match what the actors' lips are saying. This occurred because the original name used, "freon," turned out to be an existing (and patented) refrigerant gas, so the name had to be changed to avoid a trademark lawsuit. (00:28:45)

The Neptune Affair - S1-E11

Revealing mistake: Here, in the opening scenes at U.N.C.L.E. headquarters, as well as in a number of other first season episodes, the unmarried Illya is inexplicably wearing a wedding ring. (00:02:35)

The Paradise Syndrome - S3-E3

Continuity mistake: When Miramanee and her companion first see Kirk at the obelisk, the two women are standing, holding their fruit baskets, just inches from each other. In the very next, reverse angle shot, they're suddenly several feet apart. (00:09:10)

Spock's Brain - S3-E1

Revealing mistake: "Trek's" new 3rd season uniforms were tighter-fitting than their velour predecessors, presenting a problem for some actors. When the landing party beams down in this episode, the outline of William Shatner's tummy-wrapping girdle is very visibly showing through his costume. (00:13:10)
