The Concrete Overcoat Affair (2) - S3-E12
Visible crew/equipment: When Miss Diketon walks in on Strago trying to make time with Pia, the boom shadow is moving on the wall behind his head. (00:10:55)
29th Jun 2006
Plot hole: Avon drills the last hole through the bomb's tubing and then, with the drill still in place, has to hunt down the dropped rod needed to block the plunger. Tense drama ensues while it's found and inserted, though simply leaving the drill bit in there would have worked just as well. (00:44:55)

The Concrete Overcoat Affair (1) - S3-E11
Continuity mistake: When an undercover Illya carries the wine boxes into Strago's vineyard, the bottom box has a dark brown striation under the word "Chicago." This disappears and reappears, then disappears again as the scene progresses. (00:20:40)
29th Jun 2006
The Concrete Overcoat Affair (1) - S3-E11
Continuity mistake: The recuperating Solo has a towel on his forehead. But as he's telling Pia his name, the towel disappears between shots. (00:19:20)

The Concrete Overcoat Affair (1) - S3-E11
Continuity mistake: Solo and Illya, chasing a Thrush agent, are driving a white Dodge. When their car overturns, it not only turns blue, it changes into another model of car altogether. (00:02:35)
28th Jun 2006
Continuity mistake: Provine shoots the rebel guarding the rocket in the chest. But later, when his body is found, the man is bleeding from the mouth instead, and the blood pooled on the floor beside him changes from beside his head to above his head between shots. (00:21:10 - 00:42:00)
28th Jun 2006
Factual error: Avon and Grant use an electric torch to melt the ice covering the bomb. When it's removed from its hiding place, it is suddenly completely dry and clean: not a trace of ice, water or dirt on it anywhere. (00:36:00)

The Take Me to Your Leader Affair - S3-E16
Continuity mistake: Illya's shirt tail is hanging out when he heads for the window to use his home-made slingshot, but has tucked itself back in a few shots later, when he climbs out the window. (00:39:15)
27th Jun 2006
The Take Me to Your Leader Affair - S3-E16
Continuity mistake: Illya's shoe converts to an improbable electric drill. He inserts a foot-long drill bit (and just where was he hiding that when the baddies searched him?) into the flat of the heel. But when he starts drilling at the bars, the bit is sticking out of the side of the shoe instead. (00:21:15)

The Take Me to Your Leader Affair - S3-E16
Continuity mistake: In long shot, the helicopter Solo is flying hovers in a cloudless, clear blue sky. In close-ups of him in the cockpit, however, the sky outside the copter's window-bubble is full of clouds. (00:15:05)

The Take Me to Your Leader Affair - S3-E16
Plot hole: Coco asks Illya if he knew she was going to be kidnapped, and he says "At that point, I didn't even know you existed." Strange answer. He and Solo met her outside the observatory several minutes before the kidnapping, so he did know she existed. (00:20:30)
25th Jun 2006
Factual error: Servalan's space station is shown rotating at a fairly fast clip. But the stars in both her office window and in the courtroom window are stationary. Because the station is spinning much faster than a planet's normal rotation, the stars should be visibly moving. (00:00:35 - 00:03:10)
25th Jun 2006
Plot hole: Thrush is so efficient. They divine exactly what Rosy will be wearing on the day they plan to switch her with her double, and they duplicate every last stitch - long before they've ever seen her. (00:18:20 - 00:19:25)
25th Jun 2006
Factual error: Mark Slate's hidden spy camera sure is sophisticated. It cuts to close-ups, pans, zooms, and even edits the live picture, all by itself. (00:05:15)
25th Jun 2006
The Off Broadway Affair - S3-E10
Plot hole: U.N.C.L.E.'s pen communicators worked much like modern cell phones: when one agent called another, they "rang" with a 2-tone signal. For some reason in this episode, Solo's pen, which isn't on an open circuit, transmits Illya's voice without ringing first. It signals normally a few scenes later, though. (00:27:55 - 00:34:15)
24th Jun 2006
Factual error: Avon and Vila watch the rocket launch from the surface of the planet. The rest of Liberator's crew also watch it from the flight deck, and somehow their view from orbit is at exactly the same angle from which Avon and Vila are seeing it: a ground-to-air shot. (00:03:15)
24th Jun 2006
Revealing mistake: Due to recycled stock footage from "Space Fall," the Liberator leaving Fosforon at the end of this episode still has the prison ship London attached to its hull. (00:49:25)
24th Jun 2006
Factual error: The British Naval uniforms worn in this film, set in 1717, are more than 50 years out-of-period. The costumes were styled after uniforms that were not in use until after 1770.
23rd Jun 2006
The Deadly Toys Affair - S2-E9
Plot hole: Solo hopes that Elfie can fly the helicopter they're about to escape in. Why? It's a standard-issue helicopter: nothing special. Did both he and Illya, who've flown many 'copters in previous episodes, suddenly forget how? (00:46:50)
23rd Jun 2006
Other mistake: Waverly asks Illya to move the map on the display screen more to the left. Illya touches a button, and the map moves - to the right. (00:15:50)
