Monk (2002)

Mr. Monk and the Astronaut - S4-E14

Continuity mistake: When Monk is describing the laser pointer incident to Dr. Kroger, the doctor closes his black folder and puts it on the arm of his chair. In the very next shot, it's back in his lap, and he again closes it and places it on the chair arm. (00:25:00)

The Living Legend (1) - S1-E12

Visible crew/equipment: Near the end of Part 1, when Lucifer reports to Baltar that they've located the scout vessels, there's a fuzzy reflection on the back wall of some sort of equipment moving upward and to the left. Nothing in the scene itself is moving that way.

Beau Brummel (1954)

Visible crew/equipment: When the mad King George III hides from Brummel and the prince behind the draperies, the boom shadow makes a prominent appearance on the wall at the top right of the screen.

Blake's 7 (1978)

Ultraworld - S3-E10

Factual error: The Ultra may be expert collectors of knowledge, but they have their facts wrong about Avon, who tried to steal 5 million credits from the Federation banking system. The Ultra think it was 500 million. (00:10:05)

Blake's 7 (1978)

The Gun on Ice Planet Zero (1) - S1-E8

Plot hole: The borrowed (oh, all right, ripped off) plot of "The Guns of Navarone" does not translate well here. The premise, that the rag-tag fleet must pass through the "narrow corridor" guarded by the pulsar gun, is ludicrous. We're in outer space here. Outer space is very, very big. We can fly around one lousy little planet, no matter how many Cylons are "herding us" toward it.

Sarcophagus - S3-E9

Continuity mistake: The little plastic dome Tarrant places on the alien artifact, connecting it to Orac, disappears when the object begins to disintegrate. (00:24:25)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Children of Auron - S3-E7

Revealing mistake: When Liberator moves into view on Servalan's screen and stops, a bad special effects matte causes the stars behind the ship to keep on sliding to the right. (00:21:35)

The Prince of Darkness Affair (2) - S4-E5

Continuity mistake: Events in the opening recap here differ from those in the previous episode. At the end of part 1, Solo climbs the boat ladder with his hands still tied, loses balance and falls back to the deck. In part 2's recap, he gets his hands free immediately, and never climbs the ladder. (00:03:15)

The Prince of Darkness Affair (1) - S4-E4

Factual error: Solo is supposedly in Iran, yet there are scores of women in the crowd wearing skimpy, sleeveless tops and mini-skirts. Even in the Shah's Westernized Iran of the 1960s, this was still a Muslim country. Women (including tourists) were not permitted to appear in public without "modestly" covering their arms and legs.
