The Fugitive (1963)

The Judgment (2) - S4-E29

Continuity mistake: The one-armed man orders Chandler to get up off the ground. In close-up, we see him sit up. But in the very next shot, he's flat on his back and sits up again. (00:11:50)

The Fugitive (1963)

A.P.B. - S2-E28

Revealing mistake: At the beginning, the stunt man seen running toward the train in profile (when Kimble jumps aboard the freight car) is very easy to spot. (00:01:50)

Hawaii Five-O (1968)

Show generally

Continuity mistake: Throughout first season: Due to stock footage spliced in from the pilot film, McGarrett's '68 4-door Mercury sedan often peeled away from the Ionali palace and then turned into a '67 2-door coupe as it cruised down Honolulu's streets.

Robin of Sherwood (1984)

Show generally

Revealing mistake: "Alan a Dale": Lady Mildred rides side-saddle. But when Gisburne gallops away with her, some shots reveal that the stunt woman riding the fast-moving horse is astride it full straddle. Her skirt is blown back just enough to see a brief glimpse of the stunt rider's real leg on the horse's right, and the fake pair of legs in side-saddle position on its left. For just a moment, the lady appears to have three legs. (00:20:00)

Robin of Sherwood (1984)

Show generally

Continuity mistake: "Alan a Dale": Within just a few minutes of falling into the water, getting soaked and crawling back out, Maid Marion's hair is blow-dried and fluffy once again. (00:08:15)

Robin of Sherwood (1984)

Show generally

Revealing mistake: "Robin & the Sorcerer, Part 2": To rescue Marion, Robin kills the bad guy by stabbing him with the silver arrow. A few moments later, after much writhing and screaming, Robin pulls the arrow from the corpse. But its tip and shaft are perfectly clean. Not a drop of blood in sight. (00:40:00)

Sapphire & Steel (1979)

Show generally

Continuity mistake: "Service Station" (Adventure 6, Part 2): After the 1940s couple arrives at the diner, the tomato-shaped condiment dish keeps migrating to different spots on their table, even though no one is ever seen touching it. (00:19:30 - 00:22:50)

Sapphire & Steel (1979)

Show generally

Visible crew/equipment: "Service Station" (Adventure 6, Part 2): When Johnny Jack sits down at the cafe table, the shadow of a crew member's moving hand is visible on the shoulder and sleeve of his big gray coat. (00:35:45)

Robin of Sherwood (1984)

Show generally

Continuity mistake: "Robin & the Sorcerer, Part 2": There are two arrows already on the target when Robin's splits one of them. When the target is carried back to the review stand, only the two splitting arrows are there (not even a hole in the cloth where the third should be), and those have somehow moved from the upper right sector of the bull's eye to its very center. The Fugitive (1963)

Tiger Left, Tiger Right - S2-E6

Continuity mistake: We hear Pryor's half of the conversation with the kidnapper, then the tape of both their voices played back by the police. On the tape, Pryor's inflections and pauses are completely different from the "live" conversation. (00:28:30)

The Cyborg - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: At the end, Crane shoots The Cyborg Nelson in the forehead. It clutches at its completely intact face and falls down. We cut to crew reactions and then back to the fallen cyborg - and now its head is nothing but a jumble of circuits. Were those delayed-action bullets in Crane's gun? (00:46:40)

The Fugitive (1963)

Tiger Left, Tiger Right - S2-E6

Continuity mistake: Kimble's been kidnapped and held for ransom. He had nothing with him when he was taken, yet when he leaves the abandoned house with the kidnappers, he has a small suitcase. When they drop him off on the road, he doesn't have it. When, in the epilogue, he's shown walking, he's carrying a different, larger suitcase. (00:46:00 - 00:49:00)
