Revealing mistake: When Richard and Larry tie Bernie's laces to their own so they can all run together, you can see that Bernie is running along with them because he is bending his legs at the knees at the same time they are and he's supposed to be dead.

Continuity mistake: When Fait's daughter gets the key to the van, she drives the van in the warehouse crashing into a number of items and you see the front of the van getting damaged. When we see the front of the van again right after Jump gets killed in prison, the front of the van shows no damage. (01:12:03)

Continuity mistake: When the police surround the parking garage, you see them, via a television which is being watched by Fait's daughter, check and then wave through their blockade a dark gray car with a sunroof. The camera angle changes to a live scene of the parking garage, and you see the police waving through the same car through their blockade again. (01:11:17)

Continuity mistake: Right before Su throws the karate little person, you see one of the bad guys coming up behind him. The camera angle changes and the bad guy disappeared. (01:02:56)

Continuity mistake: When Fait's partner goes to jump over the barbed wire fence, you see a pole that is directly under him. The camera angle changes and as you see him jumping over the fence the pole is no longer there. (00:51:47)

Continuity mistake: When Fait throws his bag over the barbed wire fence on the roof, it lands on its side. After Fait and his partner jump onto the roof he walks over to the bag and it is now sitting right side up. (00:51:46)

Continuity mistake: Right after Su kicks the personal guard of Jump in the jail cell, you see Jump put his cigar back in his mouth and start to open his newspaper, but when the camera angle changes the cigar is no longer in his mouth. (00:43:26)

Continuity mistake: When Fait goes to see Jump in prison, you see Fait almost go after him when he tells Fait to make another little girl. Jump is sitting in his chair and he brings his cigar up to his mouth when he says "Drama". The camera angle changes and the cigar is no longer near his mouth. The camera angle changes again and the cigar is back in front of his mouth. (00:42:56)

Continuity mistake: Right after the side panel van disappears in the left hand lane when Fait is trying to outrun the navigator, the camera angle changes again and you see Fait turning back into the right hand lane. In the left lane the side panel van has reappeared. You see a police car directly in front of the van. The camera angle changes yet again, and you see an overhead shot of Fait passing a different car in the left lane before seeing the police car. (00:28:07)

Audio problem: When Larry and Richard are hiding behind the couch when they hear gun shots, you see the gun making its way around the corner of the couch and when you hear the next gun shot, you can see that the kid holding the gun is not even squeezing the trigger.

Continuity mistake: When Bernie's toupee falls off they show a few scenes of him in the house sitting there with a bald head. You can see that it's a bald cap. It makes Bernie's head at least 2 inches taller.

Continuity mistake: When Larry and Richard are on the rooftop, the sky is seen as cloudy but when the camera cuts to a different angle, the sky is clear.

Continuity mistake: Bernie's facial expression changes from the smile on his face when he first get injected with drugs to a smirk throughout the movie, to no expresssion and back again.

Revealing mistake: When Larry and Richard put Bernie in the little red wagon, they take him to his golf cart and right before he falls out of the wagon, you see him putting his arm down so he can ease the fall.

Continuity mistake: When Richard and Gwen are kissing on the beach, a big wave pushes Bernie alongside them and you can see them getting wet from the wave but in the very next scene of them walking back to the house, they are dry.

Continuity mistake: When Fait spots the Navigator following him, he speeds up in his car weaving in and out of traffic. He comes up to a mini van in the right hand lane and then goes into the left lane where you see a side panel van about 20 feet in front of him in the left lane. The camera angle changes and the left hand lane is now seen with no cars in it, which allows him to speed up even more. (00:28:02)

Audio problem: When Richard falls off the boat, you hear him say "Why is this happening to me" but his lips never move.

Continuity mistake: When Emilio is telling Deeds that his mother died while giving birth, you see Emilio look down at the ground. The camera angle changes and he's now seen looking straight up at Deeds and then you see him looking down again. (00:41:55)

Continuity mistake: When Dormer and Finch meet up after the interrogation, Dormer slams Fince against a metal support beam and the position of his hands of Finch change from being pressed against Finch's left cheek to being pressed against his neck/shoulder area as the camera angle changes. Happens about 3 times during scene.
