Continuity mistake: When Neville is in the helicopter with the cure, you can see by the reflection of the trees in the glass that the helicopter is not moving.

Visible crew/equipment: When Neville crashes his car, you see an armored car near him. The camera angle changes and you can see the filming crew in the mirror of the truck.

Continuity mistake: When Neville crashes the jeep you can see the explosives being thrown under the car. The camera angle changes and you see Neville taking out the explosives from his backpack and throwing them again.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, Neville crashes the car he is driving and gets out to look over the damage leaving the car door open. He decides to walk away from the car and you see the car door still open. The camera angle changes and the car door is now closed.

Revealing mistake: When Neville is checking Richie to see how far along he is in the transformation process, while looking in his eyes you can see the white contact lens move.

Continuity mistake: When Brenda sees Morton at the department store with Shelly, Morton gives her a blouse on a hanger and tells her to buy it and you see Brenda holding it with one hand. The camera angle changes and you now see her holding it with both hands.

Continuity mistake: When Hardy is waking up in the boathouse, after Jimmy jumps off of the bridge, look at the table with the alarm clock and phone on it. When he first wakes up there are no keys on the table. Camera angle changes and a set of keys has appeared on the table.

Continuity mistake: When Hardy is in the boathouse working with the map, the pen he lies down on the map changes positions as the camera angle changes and he never touches it.

Continuity mistake: During the first car chase scene, you can see that 5 hubcaps are seen coming off the truck from the left side throughout the scene.

Continuity mistake: When Will is talking to Fiona at her place, each time the camera angle changes you see her ear tucked under her hairband and then over it.

Continuity mistake: When the away team first walks into the room to meet Shizon, you see Deanna walking directly behind Picard. The camera angle changes and she is now seen walking next to Worf. (00:28:32)

Continuity mistake: When they land in Honduras, they are being shot at by the guys in the rocks. Right before they run to the car, they are laying along side of eachother. The camera angle changes and Vincent is now laying in the opposite direction.

Continuity mistake: When Sheldon goes to jump out of the plane, you can see him get the door open a few inches before they stop him. Seeing that they are about 10,000 ft. in the air, the door would have been ripped off instantly.

Continuity mistake: When Vincent is at the bar watching the Price Is Right, he's sitting at the bar talking to the cab driver about the game show and he has a cigarette in his right hand. The camera angle changes and the cigarette is now in his left hand. Happens again when Vincent tells the cab driver that he works for the C.I.A.

Continuity mistake: When Vincent goes to see Sheldon at his office, you see them walking down a hallway to Sheldon's office and Sheldon has a pen in his pocket. They walk into the office and he now has two pens in his pocket.

Continuity mistake: When Sheldon is talking to his daughter about stopping the wedding, she mentions sex and he puts his hand up to stop her from talking. The camera angle changes and his hand is now at his side.

Continuity mistake: When Sheldon gets off the phone with his wife at the office, he goes back to the patient in the chair to continue removing his tooth. The patient grabs his hand to stop him, and when the camera angle changes the patient's hand is now at his side.
