Revealing mistake: When the family's car is about to be hit by the ambulance as they try to escape downtown, Gerry is driving and his wife is up, leaning over the passenger seat talking to their daughter. The camera angle changes to a view from behind, and as the ambulance is about to hit, we can see there is nobody in the car and the ambulance driver is wearing a safety helmet. Revealing mistake: When the doctor intercoms the colonel because he cannot get into the medical room for the pregnant woman having nightmares, the camera shows the bridge intercom, which is simply the back end of a desktop computer with a couple of knobs stuck on it.

Revealing mistake: When Hiram, Juan and the boys are camping out on their way to the mine, one of the cowboys is hit by a couple of Dirt Dragons (one from either side) as he runs to the others. His body is tossed one way, then the other (as they hit him), but then sort of 'jerks up' against gravity, indicating he is being lifted by a wire. (00:24:55)

Revealing mistake: When Han is firing the Gatling gun at Frank and Marvin, he is on one side of the street, firing across the street and through the parked cars. Frank and Marvin are lying on the ground on the sidewalk, but some of the bullets' exit holes (after shooting through the vehicles) fold inwards, when they should have bent the metal outwards. Revealing mistake: The producers have not taken enough generic shots of the places the gang hangs out at; the Royal Diner, & the Founding Fathers. If paying attention (or, watching multiple episodes in a row), one will notice the same people wandering down the street an awful lot! As well, outside the Royal Diner, there's a weird-shaped street corner, that appears to force all traffic in front of the Diner. This would be due to the size of backlot being limited, and certainly doesn't look right.

Revealing mistake: Part 1 - As Tony eats his donut, and spills the jelly on his shirt, it's clear that (the actor) is moving his body to make that 'accident' happen as scripted. As the jelly begins to leak out, he doesn't move; because it doesn't fall as expected, he jerks suddenly, to make the jelly fall on his shirt. He stops moving, 'shocked' at this, holding the donut with both hands. Part 2 - The camera angle changes to 'behind' him, and he is only holding the donut with one hand. Part 3 - He then grabs at a napkin (just out of frame) to clean it off; the camera cuts to Ziva briefly, then back to Tony, who does not have any napkin. (00:24:55)

Revealing mistake: When Tony is telling Gibbs & Ducky that Abby got a hit on the dead sailor's fingerprints, Gibbs takes the file from Tony; the camera shows the file, which appears to be a legitimate profile sheet, but in the comments section, is the script that Tony just read aloud. (00:07:36)
