Character mistake: Langdon points out that the Templars were slaughtered on October 13th, 1307, and Sophie comments, "Friday the 13th", implying that this is when the fear of Friday the 13th originated. In reality, fear of Friday the 13th didn't really begin until early in the 20th century.

The Da Vinci Code (2006)
Suggested correction: While many do believe that it's just a myth that the origins of Friday the 13th being considered unlucky are due to the Knights of Templar being arrested on a Friday the 13th, that's pretty much what the whole series is based on; origins of myths being real. Plus it should be noted that Friday the 13th being considered unlucky has been written about since the middle of the 19th century, so it did not begin in the early 20th century. However, the origins of the day being unlucky can be traced much further back. Chaucer wrote about Friday being unlucky in "The Canterbury Tales" (1387) and the myth of the number 13 being unlucky can be traced to much earlier origins (said to be unlucky because there were 13 at the Last Supper).

Skyscraper (2018)
Plot hole: The entire plot hinges on the villain's gang obtaining the tablet that allows admin access to the building's systems. However, it can only be unlocked via facial recognition and it is keyed only to Will Sawyer's face. In fact, when they finally do get it, Xia unlocks it by holding it up to Sawyer's face. So what was the point of trying to steal the backpack containing the tablet? Without Will to unlock it, the tablet is useless.

Skyscraper (2018)
Other mistake: A police helicopter nearly crashes and has to veer away because of the superheated air around the building when only a few floors are on fire, but Will Sawyer and everyone else can function normally when half the building is ablaze. In fact, everyone barely breaks a sweat despite being surrounded by flames.

Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018)
Other mistake: Throughout the movie, Hank's lab in its shrunken form is constantly jostled and tossed around, but when it's restored to full size in a new location, nothing is out of place and everything still works perfectly.
Suggested correction: Given that he has prepared the lab to be shrunken and mobilized at a moment's notice, he probably thought of this ahead of time and secured everything important in place.
Perhaps he could secure some things, but there's never so much as a computer monitor out of place.
It's a fair point. I agree that some things should definitely be out of place, but given the importance of what he is working on, he would take measures to ensure that the important things wouldn't become damaged and inoperative when the lab is being moved around. We see on at least one occasion that he has ants roaming the lab, so it's possible he trained them to ensure that the Quantum Gate and any device essential to its operation are protected at all times.
In a world in which a man becomes the size of an ant, I guess any correction could be invalidated. I this case, there are any number of reasons why everything, down to paper and pens, never moves. Maybe the ants pick them all up. Maybe gravity works differently when shrunk. This means that basically any movie that uses magic or magic type technology would never have a valid mistake.

The Conjuring (2013)
Factual error: The morning after the exorcism, the headlights on all the cars outside of the house are still on. There is no way car batteries from the 1970s would have lasted all night.

Continuity mistake: When Lorraine sees Rory in the music box mirror, the items on the wall should be reversed, since it's a mirror, but they are not. When she turns around to look, everything is in the exact same position.

Stem (2017)
Factual error: No matter how sophisticated the STEM chip is, it would not enable Grey (Logan Marshall-Green) to go from a completely horizontal position to a completely vertical position in one fluid motion, without bending his knees, and he does this several times in the film.

Toy Story 2 (1999)
Stupidity: Al is supposed to be a super serious toy collector and seller, but he handles valuable toys without cleaning the cheese puff dust off his hands.
Suggested correction: It's also established someone is coming over to clean said toys, dust included, and when he does the handling, he's just been sharply awakened by the TV therefore is off-kilter.
