Ghostbusters (2016)

Other mistake: After the ghost "possesses" the building and blows out the windows, no shards of glass or debris land on the Ghostbusters as they get up to escape, even though there was plenty of time for the glass and debris to rain down on them.

The Omega Glory - S2-E23

Continuity mistake: The background of the cell does not jibe with the positions of Kirk and Cloud William as they fight - where Kirk and Cloud William should have either the cell's bars or the exposed brick wall behind them, there are shots of the opposite wall behind them instead, which is a plastered rock facing.

Chopper - S1-E15

Continuity mistake: When the headless biker attempts to run over Studs Spake, the biker crosses in front of the prone Spake. The instant shot then shows the biker crossing again, but this time behind Spake.
