Revealing mistake: At the end of the first race, when Brian and the other guy prepare to jump the bridge, it cuts to Brian who shifts gears and puts on the accelerator. Look closely at the "Revs" counter (next to the speedometer), it is showing almost 0 revs on a car that's moving at very high speed. (00:11:30)

Revealing mistake: Just after Roy Nord gets killed in the mid river passage collapse, we see one of the criminals and Kit come out of the hole, and the black criminal get thrown back by a big flame explosion. When he hits the wall, it seems to bend. (00:50:35)

Revealing mistake: In the opening scene, Novak attacks and bites a woman, and when the security guard begins to shoot at Novak there are bumps on Novak's back exactly where he gets shot, signifying the explosive squibs. (00:02:50)

Revealing mistake: During one of the flashbacks, Dunbar goes to shoot Mueller in the head, but Mueller wakes up suddenly and pulls the gun away from his head causing the gun to go off and shoot a guy in the back. Now in this shot just before we see the blood, look closely at the guys back, and you can see the device/squib in his back simulating being shot in the back. (00:40:30)

Revealing mistake: When Blade shoots Quinn with a silver like dart, Quinn gets thrown back, and the wall behind Quinn bends when he hits. Then Quinn (stunt double?) bounces off the wall instead of being stapled to it. (00:09:10)

Revealing mistake: When Jim is sitting in the back of the police car, after taking the two policemen hostage, John shoots at the two cops. When the cop on Jim's right gets shot and the window smashes, blood jets up from behind him - not from his neck. (00:44:30)

Revealing mistake: Near the end of the film when we see Rhodes shoot Larry in the chest, you can see an outline of something underneath his vest, very obviously a device/squib simulating being shot in the chest. (01:15:15)

Revealing mistake: In the opening scene of the film we see the patients of the institute smash through a cubicle where a guy is, watch closely. The glass breaks away very very easily, obviously some kind of special easy-to-break glass used for this scene. (00:04:30)

Revealing mistake: Close to the end of the film when Joe is in the woods with all the bad guys, he starts to shoot them, as he shoots the first bad guy, if you pause it before he shoots, you can see that there is a rather large lump in the guys forehead where he gets shot, obviously some kind of squib or something to make the effect of being shot in the head. Revealing mistake: When the team of navy seals kidnap an Islamic guy/leader, just after Hawkins walks down the side of the building to help out Graham with the bad guys, the bad guys shoot at the wall. But the holes are already there in the wall behind Graham. Use slow motion or frame by frame. (01:04:45)

Revealing mistake: When James and the other two seals come out of the building where the missiles were, James gets shot in the leg and he shoots back at the guy. The squibs or blood packs in the bad guys chest area are visible, because there is a large bump in his t-shirt where the devices are. (01:30:55)

Revealing mistake: When Hawkins shoots the hinges off of a door in the factory near the beginning, the camera cuts to inside the room, and its obviously been pre cut to smash so that the actors can easily go through the door with little or no effort. If you slow it down there are several pieces already missing from the door and the door just seems to soft. Hawkins only blew the hinges off the door, not blew a load of holes in it. (00:11:00)

Revealing mistake: When we see the navy seals burst into the factory to rescue the pilots, several of the bad guys get shot. On one of the bad guy's feet who falls back onto a table, there is a rope attached to his foot obviously so he wouldn't fall to far, or not to hurt himself or something. (00:09:50)

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Jack has come back into the bus from being underneath it, he is talking to Annie about losing gas, if you watch closely he says "Mac" without pressing his button to call him first, then in another shot you see him press it when he starts talking to Mac. Revealing mistake: When Smith goes to see the Oracle and he puts two of his fingers inside her forearm, if you pay attention, there is a circle where the green effects start, they don't start from inside. (00:33:25)

Revealing mistake: In the middle of the film when Magneto goes to get Rogue from inside the train, he opens the train up, and if you look behind him you can see the roof of the studio. (00:51:50)

Revealing mistake: In this scene, at the end of the film when Jack and Rose are hanging onto the railing, you can see the ship split in half, but when it drops, if you watch closely on the right side of the screen, you can see that the entire ship is still intact, the lifeboat cranes are visible all the way down the top of the ship. Revealing mistake: When Jim is at the first gas station trying to reach a phone, he walks outside and John crashes through the garage at the side, if you slow it down you can see that the door to the garage is made with cardboard or paper, or some other soft material. (00:21:20)
