But when Kit walks up to the big fan to slow it down we see the timer again and it says 19 seconds, but only two or three seconds have passed since we last saw the timer so it should be at about 24 or 25. Continuity mistake: When Roy Nord is about to go into the mid river passage, a girl is taping him on her digital camcorder. In the first shot her hand is gripping the camcorder's screen and bottom with one finger next to the LCD display, but in the following shot all of her fingers are at the bottom of the camcorder. Continuity mistake: When Vincent is in Annie's office and looks over the desk, her cellphone is on a file which is also under the office telephone, but in the following shot her cellphone is now on the desk. (01:34:25)

When the guy reaches across to grab a book and says, "We can't burn this one..." he is holding the book with both hands, but in the following shot his left hand is on the book and the other hand is on the cart. Continuity mistake: When Sam and the other two students are on the big ship, Sam goes outside so that the wolves will chase him, locks the door, then climbs the ladder to a door where the students are. Continuity mistake: At the third contract killing, where Max and Vincent are sitting at a table in the jazz club with Daniel (the owner), watch the glass and receipt on the table, in one shot both the glass and receipt are on Daniel's side, then in the following shot both the glass and receipt have moved across the table somewhat to Vincent's side. Continuity mistake: When Max and Vincent pull up to the second contract killing, Vincent gets out of the back of the cab holding two seals in his right hand, but in the following shot the seals are in his left hand. (00:29:10)

Factual error: When Max and Vincent are at the second contract killing destination, Dispatch calls and Vincent is holding the receiver. In one particular shot he does not release the button on the side of it and we hear Lenny speaking. This would not be possible: he would have to release the button first to hear what Lenny is saying. Continuity mistake: In the middle of the film when the Bloodpack gear up ready to go out and into the sewers to find the reapers. Blade and Nyssa are talking at a table, Whistler shouts "hey Blade, give me a hand". In this shot we see Nyssa looking at Blade, but in the following shot she is now looking down and away from Blade. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Luther drops a gift off at the hotel for Gloria Russell, when she opens the card to look who it is from, in this shot we see she has her right fingers on top of the card, and the left at the bottom, but a closeup shot of the card shows she has both the left and right fingers at the bottom of the card, then in the following shot the right fingers are back at the top of the card. Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the film when Osborne is interviewing Dunbar, the first shot of the interview room shows a pen and pad on the metal table. The pen on the pad moves from being along the width of the pad to being along the length of the pad. (00:05:15)
