Continuity mistake: When some of the group are taking the Pinch from the institute, at the end of the scene Linus is looking up at the two security guards which are almost standing next to each other. In the following shot one of the guards is just slowly walking up to the other one, even though they were almost together in the previous shot. (00:58:35)

Continuity mistake: When Saint's men knock down Frank's wife and son, Frank arrives and starts shooting at the 4x4. The wife and kid have their heads and bodies some distance from each other, but a few shots later they are a lot closer, and their heads are almost head to head. (00:28:00)

Continuity mistake: When Basher is sitting on a chair explaining about a "pinch", there is an overhead shot of the group, and Sol is standing shoulder to shoulder with Linus, yet when it cuts to a face shot of all of them Linus is behind Sol. (00:55:20)

Continuity mistake: Just after Yen does his jump in the replica vault, Basher walks in and is explaining what happened. At the end when he says, "Barney Rubble, trouble", Rusty looks away to his right, yet in the following shot he is looking straight at Basher. (00:54:55)

Continuity mistake: When Roark is trying to get a radio, and Emmitt is watching on the big screen in the OEM building, there is a black man behind him who is talking to the guy with the headset on. In one shot the black guy is almost back to back with Emmitt and looks over his shoulder to look at the screen, yet when it cuts, the black guy is talking to the other guy but is not back to back with Emmitt. Continuity mistake: When Rusty and Linus are talking to each other in the hotel room, Linus is all dressed up in a suit rehearsing his part in the scam. When Rusty says "Where are you gonna put your hands," he puts his hands together, yet in the following shot from the front, his hands are back at his side. (01:01:25)

Continuity mistake: When Rusty is talking to Saul at the race track, Rusty leans over to tell Saul what they are planning to do. Rusty moves his face to Saul's ear and begins to whisper. In the next shot he is looking away from Saul and whispering without turning his head. (00:24:15)

Continuity mistake: When Basher is first seen, he is blowing up the vault door, and the charges go off. There are 3 charges after the main bar in the middle of the vault door that blow. In the close up its still only on the second one yet in the previous shot we see 3 explode after the bar in the vault door. (00:19:50)

Continuity mistake: When the Malloy twins are first seen at the race track, both of the cars roll up before the white line on the track, yet in all other shots they are on the white line. (00:17:45)

Continuity mistake: When one of the snipers accidentally shoots a woman in the leg, she falls backwards onto her back, yet on the closeup shot of her she falls to the side of her not on her back. (01:41:00)

Continuity mistake: When Tom jumps from the helicopter, into the truck that is hanging over the bridge's edge, the rope that is attached to him remains attached until Tom and Alec start fighting. Then it disappears, and suddenly reappears when Alec wraps the rope around Tom's neck. (01:14:05)

Continuity mistake: At the poker game at the beginning, Rusty says, "Guys, whats the first lesson in poker." In this shot, between Danny and the actor with the gold like jacket on, the actor with no cards in his right hand raises his left hand to talk to Rusty. However, in the following shot from Rusty's POV, that actor is now holding the cards in his right hand. (00:08:55)

Continuity mistake: When Tom points the gun at the bomber who is at the top of the stairs, his brother comes round the corner, and in the distance he is walking and creeping up to Tom and Julia, yet in the closeup he is running and waiving a gun not creeping up. Also when the bomber starts to shoot at Tom, Tom and Julia get under a grid of some kind, and when Julia drops her walkie talkie on the floor, its position changes between shots. (01:43:10)

Continuity mistake: At the very beginning, when Danny is coming up on the elevator into the casino, when he is rising his jacket isn't buttoned, yet in the following shot the jacket is now buttoned half way down. (00:02:30)

Continuity mistake: When Tom and Julia get out the Mercedes before it explodes, Tom shuts the drivers door after getting out, yet in the following shot it is open. (00:51:00)

Continuity mistake: In the fight scene between Tom and Alec in the truck that is hanging over the edge, when Tom is pulled up by the helicopter he cuts the rope and lands on his back. He actually loses his knife which is in his right hand, yet in all following shots its reappeared back in his hand. (01:15:05)

Continuity mistake: When the bomber walks on to the streets of New York, he passes a violinist standing next to a tree. There is a man with a red coat sitting on the trees ledge and a black man standing next to him, yet in the following shot (perhaps 1 second later) the man sitting on the ledge and the black man are both standing up about 4 feet away from the tree. Continuity mistake: When Julia gets email on her laptop in a Vienna hotel room, Tom walks up and looks at it. In this shot Julia taps quite hard on the keyboard then take her hands away from it, yet in the following shot her hands are still on the keyboard. (00:53:50)
