The federal agent says " here's the warrant Toscani ", in this shot, we see the agent with four fingers on the front of the warrant and only his thumb on the back, but in the following shot, he is two fingers at the front and two bent back at the back of the warrant. Visible crew/equipment: In the middle of the film when we see Nico just after he has beaten up a load of bad guys in an alley. He gives chase to a guy who is fleeing on foot, now when the bad guy runs past a shop window on a street corner and Nico runs after him, in this shot there is a reflection of the camera crew on the back of a trailer. Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film when Nico is shooting at the bad guys in the hotel room where the priest is. Nico drags his colleague who has been shot in the arm past a mirror, in one shot the mirror is intact, but in the following shot the mirror has now been smashed. We did not hear a smash from a bullet hitting the mirror. (01:12:05)

Other mistake: In the scene where Nico and the other agents are at the meat place, they are being fired upon by the drug dealers. In one shot we see a bad guy shoot a cop on a metal staircase. Look in front of him, and there is a round-like object on the staircase This object moves to the right between shots. (00:22:55)

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the film we see Nico and the other agents at the meat place getting ready for a drugs bust. Nico and his colleague are walking and they see a car driving fast to the drug dealers. When the shot changes to a front view we see Nico and the other agent on the right of the screen, Nico is taking his white coat off so we see his black leather jacket underneath, but in the following shot he is taking his white coat off again. Continuity mistake: When Sebastian starts to crawl back out of the hole after discovering the Pepsi-cola cap, the guy with the camera is holding the camera with his right hand, but in the following shot he is holding it with both hands. (00:03:50)

Continuity mistake: When Luther is drawing, the woman next to him starts to talk to him and when she says, "May I" Luther moves his left arm from the board down to his knee, so that she can turn the page. Continuity mistake: During the basketball match, when the big guy is making a lot of noise, guards come up to him from the front and behind to take him out of the arena. Continuity mistake: When Stan is in Max's house by the beach, Max tells Stan to leave and Stan leaves him with the card. Stan holds the glass of scotch in his left hand, goes around Max and switches the glass to his right, then in a face shot of Stan the glass is back in his left. (00:17:20)

Continuity mistake: When Luther escapes in his car, from the mansion and the agents chasing him, there is a shot of the guys and the female inside the mansion, when they discover the two way mirror and open it. The agent with the grey hair stands in the door frame, but in the following shot he is further in the room and now the woman stands in the door frame. (00:30:45)

Revealing mistake: During one of the flashbacks, Dunbar goes to shoot Mueller in the head, but Mueller wakes up suddenly and pulls the gun away from his head causing the gun to go off and shoot a guy in the back. Now in this shot just before we see the blood, look closely at the guys back, and you can see the device/squib in his back simulating being shot in the back. (00:40:30)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning, when Luther is drawing, the camera is on the right side of him. In this shot, his left hand is on the board or drawing, but in the following shot, his left hand is now over the corner of the board/drawing. (00:01:20)
