Revealing mistake: At the end where Katie kills Kristi by throwing her upwards into the camera mounted on the wall, the reflection of them both in the mirror behind them doesn't match their actual movements. Other mistake: Joyce tells Cordelia to grab some bandages for Xander from the bathroom upstairs. Joyce and Xander are in the kitchen and there is a small corridor that leads to the stairs, but Cordelia goes around the other way leading to the living room. Fair enough, Cordelia made a mistake. She isn't that bright. But she returns with the bandages coming back from the living room. Why come downstairs and then go All The Way around through the living room when she could have just walked down the small corridor?

When we see her talking to Molly in the rubble, she has no hard hat on and instead one of the firemen is hilariously holding his hand above her head.

Continuity mistake: When Dewey and Gilleece are attempting to jump aboard the runaway train by driving along side its front cab, the passenger side door is ripped off by crashing into a train signal. Question: Is the fact that the penguins that pull Oswald Cobblepot to his watery grave are obviously not real penguins count as a mistake? They blend well into the background throughout the course of the movie up until this point where it is blatantly obvious.

Question: How did the Executioner zombie get into the shower room? It couldn't have burrowed in like the other zombies because it is simply too big. The cast were standing by the entrance and the Executioner does not appear at the entrance.
