Visions and Omens - S1-E1

Deliberate mistake: Per his own memoir, Gary Noesner was vacationing in Bermuda, celebrating his wedding anniversary, during the siege at Ruby Ridge. As one of the show's main characters, his insertion there was likely to keep him involved in the story.

Show generally

Deliberate mistake: Because the opening narration was adapted from the original American series, the phrase describing the role of the Crown Prosecutors (e.g. "prosecutors who prosecute") is redundant.

The Man From U.N.C.L.E. mistake picture

Show generally

Deliberate mistake: In scenes at U.N.C.L.E. headquarters, the badge on Napoleon's lapel has the number 11 on it instead of the number 2, implying that Napoleon is in the wrong section. This is actually because during filming, Robert Vaughn believed that the number was "2" in Roman numerals (e.g. "II").

JAG (1995)

We the People - S2-E1

Deliberate mistake: Because the series changed networks after the end of season one, this episode completely ignores that season's cliffhanger about Harm being arrested as a suspect in the murder of Lt. Schonke.

In Which We Meet Mr. Jones - S1-E7

Deliberate mistake: Dunham comments that she works for Homeland Security. While the FBI is under the jurisdiction of the Justice Department, she works as part of a special Homeland Security task force; so saying she works for DHS is an accurate statement.

Deliberate mistake: In the film, Martha Jefferson visits Thomas in Philadelphia. While this is factually inaccurate (she was actually at home recovering from a miscarriage), it was changed for the sake of drama.
