Continuity mistake: When Klaus signals for the hot air balloons to lift off, Simon is still on the ground reluctant to participate in the race. But soon he catches up to his team's basket and clings to the side right below its sand bags. But just a couple of shots later when Simon remarks "Why didn't I think of that!", all of the sand bags are gone. (00:15:40)

Continuity mistake: During the Warner Bros. chase sequence, Pee-Wee blasts through a studio that's filming a beach-themed movie. Upon exiting into the alley - where only a couple of idle trucks are present - he's pursued by a security guard driving a boat with two skiers in tow. But in the next shot, a station wagon and three actors emerge in the alley from out of nowhere. (01:14:20)

Continuity mistake: When Jim Dear is at the kitchen table reading his torn morning paper, he reaches through the front page to grab his cup of coffee from a plate. But in the next shot where Lady is at his feet wagging her tail in anticipation for some coffee, a piece of toast and butter knife suddenly appear from nowhere among the other items on the table. Continuity mistake: When Fievel is curiously wandering around below the ship's deck he discovers three barrels of herring, each one of which is specifically marked for breakfast, lunch and dinner (dinner being closest to the staircase). A little while later, Fievel is being tossed around on a bar of soap that carries him back to the barrels of herring. But when he lands on the dinner barrel, it's now marked as breakfast instead. Continuity mistake: During "A Duo," Fievel is standing on a cage tray which Tiger slides next to a dirty floor mirror. Once Tiger begins singing the chorus, the tray disappears - only to reappear in its original location once Fievel wipes the mirror clean in the next shot. (00:57:05)

Continuity mistake: When Trusty is having a dream on his porch, a striped caterpillar makes his way down from a potted plant on the front door's right side. So Trusty - still asleep - sniffs his way along the porch's floorboards where the caterpillar falls between a crack. Suddenly he wakes up to see Lady and Jock waiting at the staircase. In the next shot he's asking which way the caterpillar went, but if you look at the plant behind him you can see how it's now placed on the door's left side instead. (00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: After Tramp gets his breakfast bone from Tony's Restaurant, he carries it behind a wooden fence and starts chewing. Pretty soon a horse drawn dog pound wagon rolls by, and a worker gets out to nail an impound notice four boards away from him. But when Tramp walks over to read what the notice has to say, it's now nailed six boards from where he was just a moment ago. (00:16:40)

Continuity mistake: As Fievel is sleeping in the hay beneath a broken window at Orphan Alley, three bullies approach and start taunting him. In the next shot, Fievel is suddenly wrapped in a blanket, which is quickly pulled out from underneath him by the first bully. (01:08:30)

Continuity mistake: When Brittany and Alvin are first shown playing the hot air balloon arcade game, they're holding its joysticks with their right and left hands, respectively. But in the next shot where the rest of the Chipmunks and Chipettes are shown cheering on, both players are suddenly using their opposite hands to control the balloons. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: When Fievel is struggling to avoid the other cats on the player piano, Tiger appears on its right side and pounds the keys, just missing him. But Tiger instantly disappears from his location in the very next shot where Fievel jumps up to the music rolls. (00:51:55)

Continuity mistake: In order to snap Nicholas out of his evil trance, Tenderheart and the other Care Bears attempt one more stare on him and the evil spirit's book. While Nicholas and the spirit are laughing together, the bears' colorful array of light beams is visible beneath the book. After the Cousins are finished calling, Nicholas shows signs of weakness. But when the evil spirit's pages are flipping out of control in the next shot, the Care Bears are still staring of course, but their light beams are not visible at all. (01:03:05)

Audio problem: Right before Charley gets thrown into the closet doors, Jerry has him by the throat threatening to kill his mother if she wakes up. In the shots of Charley trying to free himself of the grip, Jerry's lips are moving but no sound can be heard. (00:28:15)

Continuity mistake: After being discovered by Elliott in a cornfield, E.T. panics and escapes through the back gate, which closes by itself. But in a following shot, the gate closes again. (00:14:45)

Continuity mistake: During breakfast, the phone rings and Alvin sprints across the kitchen to fetch it. It's just Theodore playing back a doctored recording of Dave meant for Miss Miller to hear. So Alvin hands her the phone and listens nearby. Suddenly Theodore messes up by hitting the reverse button instead, and Miss Miller seems puzzled. In the next shot where Alvin panics, look in the background: now there's no cord hooked up to the phone. (00:12:35)

Continuity mistake: When Jerry has Charley pinned to the cracked bedroom wall by his neck, he suddenly drags him over to the window a few feet away - which is nailed securely to the frame - and lifts it up effortlessly. Next, we see Charley looking over to his right side, but now he's back up against the cracked wall in this shot, not a window. (00:29:50)

Continuity mistake: When Charley is about to be thrown from the bedroom window by Jerry, he accidentally grabs Amy's picture from his desk and throws it to a fence post below. But watch closely and you'll see: this picture is the very same one that fell to the floor in a struggle just a second before Jerry lifted up the window. (00:29:55)

Audio problem: When Warren T. Rat calls open season on Fievel, the cats all scramble at once to capture him. In one shot where Fievel is running from either end of the piano, he jumps upon the same key twice. The notes play, but the key never goes down at all. (00:51:55)

Continuity mistake: Right after the flashback scene in "My Mother," Eleanor cradles the baby penguin close to her. Notice how she's sitting beside a pair of bowls. In the next shot she lifts it up towards the sky, but now the bowls have vanished. (00:55:40)

Continuity mistake: When Gussie is demonstrating a secret weapon plan for the other mice, she points to a world map, pushing a small wooden boat from the end of a dock all the way to Hong Kong and leaves it there for the remainder of her speech. After she's finished Gussie dismisses the mice, but now the boat has returned itself to the original location on the map. (00:53:20)
