Continuity mistake: The color of Scrooge's dining room table near the fireplace changes from yellow to black within a series of shots where Webby's stuffed animals wreak havoc on the mansion. (00:38:50)

Continuity mistake: As Simba walks along a fallen tree by the waterfalls, Nala pleads with him to overthrow Scar and take his place as the rightful king of Pride Rock. But notice how his posture changes dramatically between shots. Right before Simba snaps back at Nala, his head is hung low enough to the ground so that his entire backbone is visible, but then it's suddenly lifted to an alert position in the following shot. Revealing mistake: In the scene where Max challenges David to navigate the ship on his own, fingers are seen controlling the Puckmarin's movements at one point. (01:04:05)

Continuity mistake: When Murtaugh and Riggs enter a parking garage to disarm the time bomb in a car's back seat, a No Smoking sign posted on the wall behind Murtaugh becomes obstructed by a vertical pipe and a red warning light between shots. At first the sign is plainly visible, but after Riggs slowly opens the door, the sign's reflection in a window near Murtaugh suddenly reveals the obstructions. (00:03:30)

Other mistake: Before the Chipmunks and Chipettes begin their hot air balloon race, Klaus goes through the rules explaining that each team will be given the opposing team's doll when they reach various destinations across the globe. He then walks over to the Chipettes and hands Jeannette a trunk full of Chipmunk dolls - but they're not supposed to receive any Chipmunk dolls until the race is in progress. (00:14:35)

Continuity mistake: Right after Jack's truck exits the subway rail line with a payload of guns, it goes into a skid. Here, the driver is shown wearing sunglasses. But once Jack says "Okay we lost him," the driver now sports his usual pair of glasses. (01:34:35)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Merlock rips apart an upstairs guest room in the form of a bear, the floorboards beneath Scrooge and Genie run in two separate directions from one shot to the next. Initially they're running perpendicular to the window - but once Scrooge urges Genie to return to his place inside the lamp, they're shown parallel to the window instead. (00:47:05)

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Pee-Wee is face to face with Professor Tanaka asking for Francis' whereabouts, the background behind Pee-Wee turns into an obvious painting on a set between shots. Notice how all sunlight and wind vanishes when he shouts "Where are they hosing him down?" (00:22:15)

Continuity mistake: Burn marks on the edge of the pet shop door temporarily disappear when Pee-Wee is outside freeing the flock of doves. (01:18:30)

Continuity mistake: Throughout the movie, every hyena is drawn with three toes on each paw. But in one shot when an off-screen hyena grabs Zazu in mid-flight to place him in the "birdie boiler", it has four toes instead. Also when the hyenas chase Simba out of the Pride Lands, Banzai has four toes when he tries to grab Simba with his claws. (00:20:20)

Continuity mistake: The three-digit code on the police car which takes David to his parents' new home changes. Just before it parks by the house, it makes a left turn near the highway. Here we can see its number is 442. But when Detective Banks exits the car, the number is partially visible - with the last two digits being 51 instead of 42. (00:14:30)

Continuity mistake: Towards the beginning when Dave is rummaging through his dresser trying to find a tie, he forgets that he's already wearing one which is tied. In the next shot Simon points this out for him (of course he doesn't mention that it's tied, though). But once Dave notices this, he turns around and we can see that his tie is now untied instead. Continuity mistake: When the three hyenas (Ed, Shenzi and Banzai) have Simba and Nala trapped in a dark corner of the elephant graveyard, Mufasa suddenly jumps in to save them. After he wrangles the hyenas to the ground, look at how Mufasa's left paw is placed right beside Ed's ear. But in the next shot where they're begging for mercy, Mufasa's paw is all of a sudden positioned further down by Ed's feet. (00:21:40)

Continuity mistake: At Mouse Garden headquarters outside of the Commission of Immigration, several vendors are trying to sell things to a crowd. Below a top hat is a sign which distinctly reads 'Mouse Garden'. But fast forward to the one offering a used ticket to Chicago right near the headquarter entrance and you'll see how it now says 'Immigration Mouse Garden' instead. (00:24:35)

Continuity mistake: At 3:00 A.M. when Alvin and Simon are walking through a cave collecting mushrooms for Theodore, the ropes tied around each of their ankles briefly disappear after Alvin throws down his bowl. (01:00:15)

Continuity mistake: When Delores rams her armored truck into the impostor truck in front of her, its rear bumper becomes noticeably damaged and sags lower. But in subsequent shots, the bumper shows no signs of an impact. (00:11:20 - 00:12:20)
