Jaws 2 (1978)

Factual error: The "Cable Junction" in the movie is a transformer junction station built on a rock pile however when you look at it there is no algae or barnacles anywhere on the rocks. This is impossible because algae and barnacles thrive on rocks in sea water.

The Blues Brothers mistake picture

Revealing mistake: In the beginning scene when they jump over the drawbridge there is more than a foot of space at the bottom of the rising bridge. No car, no matter how big, could have cleared that space without flipping over. Also when they land on the other side you can see a "flap" at the bottom of the bridge which would allow the car to drive over it. (00:09:40)

The Wizard of Oz (1939)

Trivia: The original head of Oz that appeared in front of the columns was a flat piece of painted plywood for the actors to look at during filming. It is visible as such in an often-published studio still. For the film version, they filmed Frank Morgan in the large head make-up and superimposed it on the footage of the empty set.
